第二天早班機，從城裡過來，下了機場快線，走了差不多15分鐘，房間不錯、阿姨和善

Unfortunately we never got to stay here because owner cancelled our reservation due to our late arrival caused by a delayed flight. Initially I requested a transfer from airport and supplied our flight details, arrival 2200. Francesco informed me that the pickup service finished at 2100 and confirmed taxi would be available and provided estimated costs. Unfortunately our flight was delayed, so as a courtesy, I emailed the hotel to inform them we would now be arriving closer to midnight. On arrival in Milan I checked my phone to find a message "Please cancell your reservation. We just close" So, the owner cancelled our reservation an hour before we were due to check-in. As you can imagine, this was an absolute disaster - our 2 young children were already tired and now we had no accommodation. I eventually managed to book into another (much more expensive) airport hotel. I note that the the details note that check-in closes at 2300 but given that every other flight I take is delayed these days I would suggest that as an "airport hotel" needs to cater for late arrivals. I had communicated our flight details to the owner so they had the opportunity to point our that they would cancel our booking if arriving late. From our booking details they knew we had 2 young children and must have been aware that cancelling would cause a family considerable problems and expense. From other reviews it seems that it's a nice place to stay but if there's any chance you will be delayed I would book somewhere else to avoid a potentially stressful situation and a horrible start to a holiday.

Прекрасный, красивый уютный дом, недалеко от аэропорта! Отдыхали втроем, отличный номер, с двумя двухспальными кроватями. Хороший завтрак, по запросу сделали омлет, сыр и мясо! Очень приветливая хозяйка! Отличное соотношение цены и качества!

Ho sostato presso questo B&B 1 notte prima di prendere l'aereo da Malpensa. Tutto Ottimo: l'accoglienza, la camera con bagno, la pulizia, l'assistenza, la prima colazione. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile per ogni mia piccola esigenza, come quella di essere accompagnata in stazione ferroviaria l'indomani per prendere il treno diretto all'aeroporto gratuitamente, non mi ha fatto pagare il passaggio. Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ferno a Malpensa Terminal 1 ci sono voluti solo 3 minuti di viaggio: comodissimo! Credo proprio che in futuro potrei spostare nuovamente da loro, anche perché il prezzo per una notte è decisamente accessibile.

In partenza per la Cina abbiamo pernottato ai fiori di Malpensa, ottima scelta, Lina ci è venuta a prendere alla fermata di Ferno e la mattina dopo ci ha portato al terminal 2 Malpensa. Abbiamo approfittato della sala colazione per una di vertente partita a carte la sera. Ottima colazione la mattina, camera pulita e silenziosa certamente soluzione ottima.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per una notte per una nostra ragazza che deve partire per un viaggio intercontinentale la mattina seguente, prenotando anche un transfert per la mattina alle 6;30, dato che lei è carica di valige e senza automobile. Arrivati ad accompagnare la ragazza abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente e mandato messaggi, ai quali non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta, attendendo per un'ora. Meno male che siamo andati a prendere questa ragazza altrimenti si sarebbe trovata in grande difficoltà. Del tutto inaffidabili. Attenzione.
