Stayed here on a halfway stopover on our way to cornwall for a week, greeted by very friendly member on desk, helpful and cheerful, we’ve stayed in many premier inns and I’d say this rated one of the best would definitely stay here again, had beefeater restaurant with it we ate there was a decent evening meal with good staff same for breakfast, cooked to order friendly helpful waitress

Visiting family in the area, the room lived up to the usual Premier Inn standards. The hotel is slightly away from the main road and no noise during our stay. Staff all friendly and helpful, we did not use the restaurant next door. Tea coffee facility available in the room and unlimited tea/coffee in the reception area. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast next door is awesome. Room very clean and tidy, but carpets are a bit stale smelling. We appreciated the small act of kindness from Chloe with a small packet of biscuits. Is it good to when we visit family in ferndown. We do recommend

Excellent service and even a nice gift left in the room for us. Room was huge for our family of four. Comfy beds as always from Premier Inn. Friendly check in on arrival. Dinner and breakfast over in the Beefeater was ok - kids enjoyed it. Essentially everything we needed for our stopover

Her level of professionalism, politeness, and helpfulness went above and beyond. She maintained a calm and composed demeanor, making my experience seamless and truly memorable. Travelled here with the family for half term. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable like usual premier inns. The receptionist was very friendly was very accommodating for the duration of our stay, and was happy to answer questions we had about the area. Thanks so much

Stayed here during school half term. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very short distance to Moors Valley Country Park. Kids had the best time in the Country Park. We did not use the restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay here. We won’t hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

So me and my wife stayed here for one night due to a delayed flight. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable especially after a day of travelling when you are tired. Staff were very professional and polite, Even though only a short stay felt really welcome. Having stayed in quite a lot of Premier inn over the years. This is definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Also a special shoutout to house keepers and reception.

We came to stay one night for moving house nearby. We arrived quite early, but the staff sorted out our room straight away. The room we stayed was clean and very quiet. We had meal deals next door and they were very delicious and good value. We had a lovely stay.
