Don’t trust the pictures. The place is in a very bad shape. Cleanliness is not a great concern. Bathrooms are small. Toilets do not flush properly. Shower has a ridiculous low pressure. Except for the manager, Marcela, who was extremely nice and did everything to make our stay more comfortable, the rest of the staff is untrained, unhelpful and sometimes almost rude. Our complaints about the fact that rooms were not being cleaned and breakfast was once messy were answered with a “we are very busy” or “we are understaffed”. Breakfast was ok.

O melhor atendimento que já tive, fazem de tudo para agradar !! São super atenciosos e solícitos!! E a comida é divina, tanto o café da manhã, quanto almoço e jantar. As entradas servidas na piscina também são especiais. Indico de olhos fechados!!

A pousada é simples, tem um café da manhã ok e a tarde servem um café, chá com bolo, biscoitos. Mais o que é preciso exaltar é a cordialidade das meninas que trabalham lá, acolhedoras, gentis, uns amores!

Fuimos varios matrimonios y la posada es sencilla pero limpia y comoda, la atencion de Deborah , Camila y Sida fue absolutamente maravillosa. Una calidez estas mujeres que supera cualquier expectativa. Felicitaciones , gente como ellas jerarquizan el turismo de Fernando de Noronha

O ponto alto da pousada é a simpatia dos funcionários. Café da manhã muito gostoso também. Porém trocar as toalhas e piso dos banheiros a cada três dias é péssimo, estávamos em quatro no quarto, a ilha tem muito barro e poeira, fica impossível manter o quarto limpo. Um dos dias a água de todos os quartos ficou insuportavelmente quente, o que foi resolvido três horas depois. Ficamos cinco dias e só tivemos arrumação / troca de lençol toalhas / retirada de lixo do banheiro em um, isso foi muito decepcionante pelo alto valor pago.
