You'll be on the 6th floor with a jaw-dropping, towering view (yes there is an elevator). Enjoy great air-conditioning, tv's with streaming apps in every room, music, wifi and other entertainment.

Wonderful experience.
The property was located on a beautiful beach with stellar views. The beach access and pool area were convenient and pristine. The property was just a short drive from the historical district as well. Excellent experience.

Thank you to Chris that was an amazing host. Place was very clean and comfortable. My family was displaced due to hurricane Milton and drove from Tampa with our large family. This was a blessing. Thank you Chris.

Weekend Trip

Above average
The size of the condo location along with the house. However, upon entering bathroom in the master bedroom, has some issues with the floor, checking the tiles in front of the sink outside the shower or pliable water possible rot everything else as advertised. Perhaps this is my fault. I never was able to find code for the WiFi and directions on how to use the TV

Comfortable Cozy Condo in a Great Location
My best friend and I escaped to Amelia Island for a fun filled girl's week and found Chris' condo super cute with nautical decor, very comfortable with lots of seating options and terrific ocean views. We loved the shaded balcony and the quietness of the condo setting. Everything you need is available for use. The condo is in a great location near beach shops and restaurants and only minutes from fun downtown Fernandina Beach. We weathered through Hurricane Helene in the condo, feeling safe and sound. Chris responded quickly with any questions and helped us navigate the storm issues. We will definetly be back some day.
