I booked a river view room for two nights. The room was very large and the most important thing was that the view was so beautiful! These two windows are fully worth the price. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room facilities are relatively complete. The hanger area is sufficient. There is room for boxes and luggage. The bathroom is also very large. The room has a balcony. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the river view. The scenery is so pleasant.
The front desk service of the hotel was very good. My sneakers were broken. The front desk told us to go to the nearest department store to buy them. It was really close. It was only a ten-minute walk away. The broken shoes were left at the front desk the next day and the courier would pick them up. Just sent it back.
The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a food street near the river. It is very comfortable to take a walk by the river after eating hot pot. It is also very close to the bus station. I requested a quiet room, and the front desk was very attentive to upgrade the room type. However, the only regret is that, as a five-star hotel, the room soundproofing is still very poor. I can still hear the drainage sound of the bathroom next door in the bedroom; the room is not particularly clean, and there are stains in many places. I hope the housekeeping department can strictly follow the five-star hygiene standards. The good thing is that the scenery outside the hotel is still very good.

Let’s complain: there is serious water accumulation in the bathroom floor drain (the staff cannot deal with it), the water in the wash basin smells bad, and we were not able to enjoy the check-in service 4 hours in advance. We checked in at 13:45, and the room was still not cleaned! We also agreed to have breakfast from 7 to 9 o'clock, but there was no staff in the restaurant at 7 o'clock. This is a very bad review! !

It is super close to Fengjie Port and arrives in two minutes on foot.
