Ulasan the Royal Inn

The man working at reception was enthusiastic and welcoming, even though I don't speak much Chinese. Later in the evening he even took me into the restaurant directly connected to the hotel lobby and helped me order. The location is great because some of the rooms and the restaurant overlook 枫桥 Wind bridge. There was some noise from the street below, but I was tired so it didn't bother me much.... But if you are a light sleeper, it is something to consider. My room was fine, although the shower drained slowly. I was just there for one night, so again, I didn't mind. Please note: on the actual street, the blue street number is 101. Initially I walked right passed because I was looking for number 96, and when I visited there was no sign that I could see in either Chinese or English. The local shop owners helped point me to the right hotel. The first photo I posted (with the pink lighting) is what the main entrance looks like, and the photo taken from the bridge shows the hotel from the river.

The room very beautiful, next to the river. The balcony very comfortable to chill. Service was great. Location very convenient to eat and drink. What’s shame the aircon not cooling…maybe weather too hot outside there. The bed big enough but very hard. Blankets and pillows are very good quality. 👍

位置很好就在風橋橋頭，兩邊的夜景都能看到，交通還是比較方便過橋就到不用走太遠，老闆挺熱情，樓下有餐廳吃飯也方便！

服務滿分，老闆熱情，夜景很漂亮。

這是一次非常超值和暢快的入住體驗，環境十分優美，讓人感受到遠離城市喧囂的寧靜。房間非常乾淨整潔，室內有空調、電視、電吹風等基礎設施，非常適合家庭旅行。最重要的是，這裏的服務真是無可挑剔！讓我們的行程更加愉快和順利。

Все хорошо, только немного сыро. Персонал приветливый и быстро решает возникающие вопросы.

Расположение - шикарный вид на реку и фонтан. На первом этаже вкусная еда. Хозяин - очень милый. Мы приехали рано и номер был не готов, но он пообещал максимально быстро все сделать и заселить нас. В это время был пик комаров и нам выделили электрическую мухобойку и целый набор вонючек. До женщины, танцующей посреди реки, идти минут 15, но мы шли около часа - слишком много всего красивого и интересного 😂😂

Отель находится на первой линии, балкон выходит прямо на набережную. С одной стороны, это красиво. Но с другой стороны, вечером очень шумно. Слышна громкая музыка. Отель был когда-то красивым, но постарел и нуждается в косметическом ремонте.

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant, l'hôtel est confortable et pratique et bien positionné dans la ville. Rien à redire. J'y retournerai sûrement dans quelques années.

這次網上訂了客棧，到鳳凰古城遊玩，客棧選對了，出遊特別方便，這次旅遊玩的很開心，房價也不貴，設施都很齊全，房間特別乾淨整潔，在房間陽台就可以欣賞古城夜景，周邊遊玩很方便，衹是來去匆匆，希望有機會還會再去。

鳳凰王家客棧的環境真是沒得説，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床墊柔軟舒適，睡得非常踏實。工作人員態度熱情，服務周到，有什麼需要都會第一時間滿足。這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次有機會還會選擇這裏。
