有一説一，酒店比較新，衞生很不錯，乾淨整潔，走廊遇見打掃的客房阿姨，隨時會説新年快樂，會問好。前台服務也還是不錯，到店後會主動遞茶，還會泡奶茶給孩子。早餐也比較豐盛，帶小孩也沒有額外加早餐費。 最頭疼的是周圍環境太吵了，白天還不覺得，由於地段好，周圍是商圈，吃喝不愁，酒店樓下很多大排檔，那些喝酒喝到凌晨3、4點，可想而知這個吵鬧的聲音有好讓人崩潰！打電話讓前台解決，也沒用，樓下該鬧還是在鬧，前台提出延遲到下午4點退房。由於第二天一早要去南天湖，早早就退房了。 退房的時候前台一直在道歉，態度都挺好，也希望酒店能聯合物業整改周圍餐館擾民的問題
