營地環境很好工作人員服務也很熱情花園房車比智享房車更漂亮一些這個季節花特別多很適合拍照離營地不遠有個黑窪水庫孩子們也玩了半天

住的泡泡屋，不隔光不隔熱，洗澡的地方漏水，晚上冷得開熱風睡覺，早上七點多就要開冷風，泡泡屋裡面有塑料橡膠味，客房服務根本聯繫不上人，連個電話都沒有。不好的體驗

1、退房時我已經跟前台溝通了，房間沙發床的床單有黃色污漬，換到另外一張床掀開被子，有兩根成年人下體的毛髮，所以我不確定床單和被罩到底有沒有更換過。前台晚八點就下班了，所以從打開門的一瞬間建議一定要檢查毛巾被子。
2、讓我體驗感非常非常不好！隔天吃完早飯沒多久下一波的客人就到店了，我理解他們來這麼早沒事參觀什麼都可以。但是！看完之後他們直接就在我住的地方外面的桌子打起牌了，問都不問我介不介意，就好像你定了一個有陽台的房間，人家看你陽台不用，直接就闖進來的感覺，鬧鬧哄哄的。離退房時間還有3-4個小時，明裡暗裡就感覺要催我們退房。
説實話，他們沒素質是他們的事，但是工作人員也沒有任何的引導。這個價格説低不低，不能因為你是露營基地連基本的服務都沒有了吧。我既然定了房間乾淨程度是不是要保證，我住的房間的私隱性是不是要保證！在我沒有退房的前提下就開始擺桌子，裝天幕，打牌，我就衹能呆在房車裡，門口的草地我是不是也要用的！工作人員問都不問我直接就讓他們佈置了。感覺非常差勁

工作人員很熱情，服務很周到，小朋友當天有點發燒，工作人員把麪條送到房間，晚上燒烤也主動來教，很貼心。周圍環境很好，不過設施還在完善中，入住的房間天窗是壞的打不開，有一個窗簾也是壞的。烤肉爐子很給力，但是肉好像是放在冰箱裏冷凍了太久，有點兒不太新鮮。期待越來越好，等設施完善了還會再來
