Facilities: I stayed in the only hotel in Switzerland that provided slippers, but the shower room had no door, and the water was flushed outside. It was a very confusing design. Hygiene: There seemed to be mites on the bed, so everyone should be careful to prevent insects. After staying for one night, my arms and feet were red and itchy. Service: The cleaners would not put cotton swabs and other things for you again, even at such an expensive price... The shower gel and shampoo were all combined, but there was only a little left on the first night. The next day, they cleaned but did not put new ones again, and I had to call to ask for them.
