There is air conditioning in the room, air conditioning is not standard in the UK hotel, health is not bad, there is a steak shop next to it.

Very exquisite hotel with many rooms, which is relatively large in the small town of Farnham. The hotel room is very clean, simple and quiet, the service staff is kind, and the hotel manager is very gentleman. The hotel does not have an elevator, and the service staff will help you carry your luggage to the room, and they refuse to charge tips. It is less than 10 minutes from Farnham Railway Station and 10 minutes from the University of Creative Arts. There are many international students nearby. Next time I go to stay in this hotel.

Farnham has a beautiful environment, and the town is dominated by residents. The hotel is at the end of the town’s commercial street, very close to UCA. The building is a bit historical and mainly made of wood. The hotel is quiet and tidy. Breakfast is not included, but there is a cafe downstairs. A simple breakfast buffet is available after 7 in the morning. Mainly bread, coffee and fruit.

The room was not bad, a bit British. In Farnham, not far from UCA, the price is slightly more expensive.

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite
