Layanan hotel luar biasa dan staf profesional dan sangat membantu. Kamar dan hotel ini bersih bersih. Hal favorit saya adalah ukuran keseluruhan ruangan, membayar tarif terjangkau dan bisa merasa seperti raja selalu menyenangkan LOL. Pesan hotel ini, Anda tidak akan menyesal menginap! !

Everything about the hotel was great except the pillows were too soft and felt empty. I’m also seeing some charges on my account from the hotel which I’m giving a few days to see if these are refunded before I reach out to them.

I had a beautiful experience stand here and I can't wait to come back again

I am a truck driver and the fact they have true parking is amazing! Thank you for that it’s a life saver!

The hotel is conveniently located, but its age is visible. The staff was not responsive. I needed to complain twice to have my shower fixed. And the "every other day room service" was not showing up for four days.

We arrived at the hotel and got our reserved room. When entered the room, we discovered the bathroom was not clean at all! There were lots of hair on the floor, also in the toilet bowl !! I went back to the front desk and reported the issue and the gentleman there, offered another room right away. He was very friendly and polite. Another issue was regarding the free breakfast quality which was not comparable to what we have seen in other locations. We have stayed in various Hampton Inns before, either in The United States or in Canada. All of them were of a much better quality compare to this last one in Long Island. I hope the management team will consider this as an honest review.

The room was dirty with stains on the bedding that looked like blood. The ceiling had a red splatter stain and there was brown water coming out of the taps. The front desk clerk was somewhat nonchalant when I mentioned this

Rooms were clean. Two water features at entrance were left unkept, broken and overrun with trash and cigarette butts. Have always loved this property until my last two stays. It is apparent that they are letting it go downhill. Breakfast ok if you go early or before the relocated residents and homeless come to eat and make take home plates then It just becomes dangerous.

Breakfast not so good scramble eggs not cooked and was 9:30 am. no bread and you could see they want you out of there !! No body to clean tables or counters a little disappointed but hotel very nice and clean beds were very comfortable!
