Hidden Serenity Bed and Breakfast

This was my first experience at a BNB and I'd give this experience a 10/10! When you first pull up to the secluded forest you are instantly pulled into the the charm of this beautiful home and property! The hosts Sally and Christ are the most welcoming and kind people you will ever meet and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for! We stayed in the Shalom Forest and loved the ultra comfy king size bed and the jaccuzi tub! There is so much to do on site and we particularly loved the on property hike with different prompts for couples to answer along the way! The breakfasts were great and the spa was divine! We will be back for sure!

My wife and I stayed at Hidden Serenity for our minimoon, and it was an unforgettable experience! The B&B is nestled down a charming, winding path into the forest, making it feel like a true escape. With no other properties in sight, the setting is so serene you feel completely away from the world. The B&B combines the seclusion of a cabin with the amenities of a luxury retreat. Our room was beautifully decorated, with vintage wooden furniture that gave it a cozy, earthy feel. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room mirror TV/DVD setup was a fun touch. We loved the soundproofed walls and doors, which kept things quiet and intimate (we only faintly heard a neighboring room watching a movie and someone playing pool on the main floor, but it wasn’t a bother). The bathroom was a highlight, with a heated floor, jetted shower. The bathroom door had frosted glass that was pretty, but one could see the other through it, (which was a little awkward) The private spa is the true gem here. From the steam room and cold wash to the hot tub and sauna, it’s a relaxing oasis with set time slots that keep it uncrowded and just for you. We also enjoyed the B&B’s recreation area and had a great night around the campfire stargazing There’s a lovely short hiking trail with thoughtful little signs along the way to spark conversation, which was such a unique touch. Plus, the options for cornhole, pickleball, and bike rentals added a bit of fun activity to our stay. For dining, there are a few great restaurants a short drive away in the next town. The hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful, always there to make sure we had what we needed. The vibe here is definitely best suited for couples young and old, as it’s adults-only and has a relaxed but organized structure—breakfast is served promptly at 8:30, and spa access is on a schedule. As long as you’re okay with a bit of routine, it’s perfect! Overall, Hidden Serenity is a romantic and rejuvenating spot, and we’d highly recommend it to couples looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape with all the comforts of a high-end getaway.

Chris & Sally run an amazing B&B!!! Such a relaxing stay. Their attention to detail shows in every facet of your stay. Our room was perfect, breakfast was divine & the property is so peaceful. We look forward to visiting again as they make you feel so welcome.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Hidden Serenity. This was our first B&B experience in the US and it definitely exceeded expectations. Sally and Chris were excellent hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them at breakfast. The three course breakfast was delicious both mornings. Our room was clean and cozy and we enjoyed all the windows/natural light throughout the house. The spa was clean and well appointed - we really enjoyed the steam/sauna/hot tub. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Lovely home, delicious food, wonderful hosts (Sally & Autumn) & relaxing spa. My husband & I enjoyed a weekend at Hidden Serenity and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It’s clear they take very good care of the home, and it was so cozy especially on a cold January weekend. Looking forward to coming back in the fall to experience the changing leaves and trails.

Chris and Sally were outstanding hosts during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and filling…. and served with a dessert! The place was comfy and cozy, along with our room. The spa area was relaxing and refreshing. We sat in front of the fire afterward and continued to relax. We would definitely come back and stay!
