We had a small intimate wedding at Farlam Hall in March, the whole day was perfect, the team super friendly and helpful, and the sun even came out so we were able to get pictures in the lovely grounds. The hotel itself is traditional & beautiful with fresh flowers throughout the property. It was a perfect fit for our special day. The highlight of the event was Hrishikesh Desai he hosted the first show round the property, his passion and pride sold me the venue in the first moments. We stayed the night prior to the wedding and experienced the taster menu accompanied by the wine pairing, stunning! The food and service coupled with the sommeliers wine choices & knowledge was a fantastic experience, The wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, a relaxed day from start to finish, the team were so accommodating. We chose Hrishiesh’s Chefs Table for the wedding meal, this was hosted in ‘The Tack House’ an open plan, lounge, dining area and kitchen. A wonderful intimate experience with just the wedding party, we were welcomed with champagne & canopies in the lounge to relax & chat before the meal. Although the team were very quiet & mindful of the group whilst preparing the food, it was also fascinating to watch them. Hrishikesh personally introduced every course that was served, he had an interesting back story to his dishes which he delivered with humour. The food of course was just wonderful. Service was seamless & friendly, sometimes it happened without us even noticing whilst we were chatting. Thank you to The Farlam Hall Team for making our very special day so memorable, Karen & Nick
