The single-story Bungalow is a charming, quaint & relaxing Ocean-Front unit with white-water views, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 5, with a kitchenette, 55" Smart TV, and "Gigablast" cable internet.The Bungalow has ocean white water views with no other property between you and the ocean! Watch the waves, surfers, dolphins, whales, boats and gorgeous sunsets (look for a "green flash"). The deck is shared with one other attached unit, which is also available on VRBO. Both units can be rented together for a total of 4 bedrooms (check the calendar for availability).There is close beach access, down 109 stairs to the beach/beach trail or a quarter-mile drive to North Beach. The pier is a short one-mile walk. There is surfing directly in front of the house ("204s" on surfing maps, other surfing spots are a short drive). Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for children are available for free to our guests.Disclaimer: There was a hill slide behind the property in early 2023. The property has been cleared by a geological engineer as safe. There is a safety fence, but the pool & spa are non-operational; all photos of the property are current and accurate. Prices have been reduced accordingly. Video camera monitoring the hill.
