Hotel Family Friendly Chatan

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

Located next to the downtown seaside street of American Village, the balcony of the room has a beautiful view The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is okay. The dining table is in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows on the seaside side. The view is unparalleled. However, the only drawback is that the food options are slightly sparse. Considering the price, the price-performance ratio is not high

Very nice location, very convenient. There are a few animals, including a tiny owl, a tiny monkey and a gigantic tortoise. A delicious morning buffet.

This is one of the best stays I had when I was in Ryukyu. The bed is the greatest feature I love about as it is so soft and comfy. The sound insulation is great either. As  I have my own car, the hotel provides private parking bay for their guests which is a bonus. The only rooms for improvement that I would like to comment is cleanliness. During our stay we spotted a jeans which was left by the previous guests below the chair.

Location was top notch, next to Hilton and the American Village, just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Lots of food options around the hotel. The Japanese bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. Cleanliness was faultless, and they have a tuk tuk service to the American Village during the evening time.

The room smells musty. In our opinion the bed was very hard, the pillows were bad. The air conditioning was quite loud. The receptionists were only partially friendly. The worst thing was that,if you have a tattoo you are strictly forbidden from using the wellness area and you have to pay extra. So what? It's 2024. The highlight was that, there is a Lawson in the hotel.

Highly recommended, the service is enthusiastic, you can speak English, and the scenery is unparalleled, you can have an unparalleled view of the sea from the first row. Needless to say more about good restaurants, I can only recommend them! ! !

First self-driving trip to Okinawa 4 days and 3 nights I chose to stay in Chatan (quadruple room) for the first two nights. Reasons for choosing this home 1. The price is very cost-effective (combined with the discount of booking a room for the first time on Trip) 2. Apartment-style hotel (we want to simply cook ingredients bought in the supermarket 3. The location is excellent (5 minutes’ drive from American Village, nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and various restaurants. It just so happens that it’s not too far to go to Churaumi the next day, and it’s also 13 minutes to Aeon Mall. about) After check-in Check in/out There are two screens on the wall as soon as you enter the door. You can enter the information yourself (no counter service). I personally think it is quite simple to operate. On the contrary, when I unlocked the key box outside the room, I was a little confused about where the key was. It took me a while to figure it out🤣 (probably a personal problem environment/service Although I saw a medium-sized spider on the wall as soon as I entered the door, luckily my friend who was traveling with me was not afraid to drive it away. But the overall environment from the lobby to the room and balcony is clean and tidy. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen supplies and refrigerator are all clean👍🏻 In the bathroom, you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. You can also pull the shower head outside and stand on the floor to wash, but the floor will be very wet and there will be a little water accumulation. When booking for consecutive stays, I was informed that cleaning and towels would not be changed. (We stayed for two nights, and the room only provided one big and small towel for each person) After booking this part, you can communicate with the hotel first to see if it can be prepared for two days. Thoughts after staying for two nights There are bicycles available for rent Convenient parking (free parking lot, semi-indoor and outdoor locations, at least a dozen cars can be parked) The bed is quite comfortable. I might be too tired every day so I just fall asleep. The soundproofing is pretty good. The balcony is so big that you can see the taller buildings in the American Village and a little bit of the sea. We all like it. There is a supermarket nearby that can be reached within a 5-minute walk. It is open until 23:00. It is very convenient for friends who live together to go shopping.

The indoor space is very large. If you live in a room in Japan where you can fully open your suitcase, you will be very impressed. Two beds and a sofa bed can accommodate four people. Having a kitchen and dining table is a plus! It’s also very close to supermarkets and convenience stores~ There is a washing machine and dryer. I really like this apartment-style hotel. It feels very suitable for a long stay. The American Village and the beach are nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from and you can reach them on foot. In the evening, walk nearby to find a sea view restaurant. The sunset must be very comfortable, but unfortunately this time it is the rainy season, and it is a pity that the weather is not good...

The location is very good, the room facilities are complete and clean, there are everything to buy and play around, it is very convenient to live for 6 days, in fact, the hotel has this room, that is, we live by ourselves, all aspects are very satisfied. What I hope to improve is: the first time I booked through Ctrip, I didn’t receive the confirmation email from the hotel. I didn’t know the check-in password, wifi password, parking location and other Guanjian information. After arriving at the hotel that night, I was a little twisted and I also played a few international long-distance calls. The staff arranged for the Chinese waiter to call me back. Although it was fast, if there was a confirmation email, everyone would save a lot of trouble. The second hotel name and address did not match Google Maps. Before booking, all kinds of searches were confirmed. I hope to correct and update it. The parking location and hotel logo are shown in the picture, hoping to help others.
