It was my first time to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. I was lucky enough to stay in such a warm hotel during the off-season. It felt like home! It was totally different from the regular hotel experience.
I stayed on the 4th floor. The overall feeling was very good. The room was very comfortable, the details were in place, and I could see the snow on the mountain! I was very happy when I woke up in the morning to face the sun and look at the snow-capped mountains. It was great! I love it! I will stay here again next time!

Stayed for two nights, the boss was handsome and young, hospitality was warm, and patiently provided transportation and precautions for nearby attractions.
The room is big enough and the decoration is new enough.
There are 3 washing machines in the laundry room, no dryer, but it is in the room and will dry.
Breakfast: On the first day, because of the non-peak season, there are not many guests, so the restaurant has a thin dumpling, and then cooks a vegetable noodles + poached eggs for each guest, plus fried dough sticks, flower rolls, buns, delicious, full. The next day, I had a buffet, which was more selective and not bad.
The back door of the hotel, through a parking lot, can be reached on the pedestrian street, you can find food.

CCuikexueThe hotel highlights the temperament and taste of the owner, and pays attention to quality and service, with good intentions. Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

AAnonymous UserThis is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

SSugehenlihaiGreat hotel, with a great location, close to Dongtaijinaier Lake and Water Yadan. The scenery is magnificent and the road conditions are very good all the way from Golmud. The hotel's entertainment facilities and viewing platform are also very sincere, not perfunctory at all, with a strong sense of design and playability, and the children like it very much. The housekeeper contacted us in advance and was very nice and thoughtful. After watching the sunset at Dongtaijinaier Lake, the car got stuck. The hotel staff actively coordinated the rescue, including the front desk manager and the first batch of brothers who came and got stuck in the car 😂. He was still comforting us when he was stuck in the car, and the second batch of Northeast brothers who came to pull us back were very professional and dedicated. Thanks to the hotel staff for our smooth trip to the northwest✅In addition, the Sichuan restaurant in the hotel is also amazing. It's not the peak season now, and the restaurant's business doesn't seem to be very good, but the ingredients are very fresh and the products are quite good. Even in the center of Sichuan and Chongqing, it is a very good Sichuan restaurant. There are not many people in the off-season, but the hotel still has a fireworks party at night, but it's a pity that we missed it. A very recommended hotel.

AAJRThis place is fantastic! It is a superb location if you are visiting Chaka Lake, very close to the Lake tourist centre. The cabins are well maintained and well equipped with projectors and screens, and they all have retractable roof sections so you can star gaze at night from your bed.
The bar is superb! Wonderful views over the grasslands, and with a great selection of drinks.
It is a family run place, and they are very friendly and speak English which was great. They were extremely helpful with many things. We wanted to extend our stay.

The room has oxygen supply facilities and a humidifier. Although there is no air conditioning, the oil heater was turned on in advance, so it was also very warm. However, we turned off the oil heater and went to bed later and it was not cold. The only thing that bothered me was the customer opposite our room. He checked in at around 10 o'clock in the evening and kept the door open. The children were very loud and no one heard their parents stop them. The adults also opened the door and talked loudly with the people in the other room in the corridor as if no one was around. After I reminded them, they finally closed the door, but they still opened and closed the door from time to time, and talked to each other until nearly 12 o'clock. This is not the hotel's fault. I just hope I don't encounter such unconscious people again.
