I went to see the Meili Snow Mountain with my sisters and booked this B&B by chance. I have to say that the boss's service is very considerate and friendly.
Because I didn't make any travel plans in advance, after I arrived at the Shangri-La high-speed railway station, I found that it would take more than 3 hours to drive from the high-speed railway station to Feilai Temple. I called the owner of the B&B, and he immediately recommended a reliable carpooling driver to me, and I arrived at the B&B smoothly. When we came back from dinner, the boss called us over and gave us two cups of hot milk. On the return trip the next day, he personally helped us carry our luggage.
The location of the hotel is also good, you can see the snow-capped mountains on the 6th floor🏔
The room was tidy and clean, but the double room we booked did not have diffused oxygen supply. Friends should check and ask in advance when booking.
The overall stay experience is pretty good, we hope to meet again at ”Shenfeng Juyuan”!

The front desk lady upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean. It didn't feel too hot with the floor heating. There was also diffuse oxygen, so there was no need to worry about altitude sickness. The restaurant is on the top of the hotel, and there is an open-air terrace outside, which is a good location to see the snow-capped mountains. The hotel is very cost-effective, but the only pity is that you can't see the snow. The weather was very bad on the day we went there, and it snowed the next day. The hotel is very nice. I took a check-in video and a drone view. It's very cool! It should be the only B&B here that uses tents.
There is a record player, humidifier, skirting board, and complete electrical appliances in the room; there is a snow-capped mountain outside the window, and the view can be used as a reference. This room is said to be the best room without a telephone pole blocking it. It is also the highest; there is a small balcony outside the door, and it is very comfortable for two people to sit and chat.
There are pomegranates, pears, coffee, and moon cakes, which are very nice. If you come early, there are also fascia gun quotas.
Butler Jay is the biggest highlight of the B&B. The breakfast is very rich, especially the fried eggs are super delicious. You won't regret ordering one more. He will introduce us to several route strategies and precautions. The breakfast cakes are all made by Jay himself. We had dinner at the B&B on the first night, and Jay completely retained the flavor of free-range chicken.

We stayed at the Wake Up Mountain Hotel in June 2024 for a week. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are excellent, and the view from the windows of the mountains is fantastic. The Hotel also has a viewing area (and a bar) on the roof, providing the best sunrise view of the entire region's mountains. The restaurant has a great menu and excellent food; it is the best restaurant in the area. Finally, the staff Wenwen and others are wonderful, friendly and helpful. GGuest UserSince only the most expensive room types were left in Xiashan and Bodu, I couldn't make up my mind so I chose Guanyun. In fact, it was enough. The location and scenery were similar, so there was no need to pursue luxury here. The homestay was warmly decorated, clean and sanitary, and the service was thoughtful. The oxygen supply, floor heating, and projection facilities were all very useful. The rooftop terrace was beautiful to see the snow-capped mountains and the stars.
The floating bathtub in our room was very unique, and the children liked the small tea break area very much. However, from the perspective of viewing, the balcony room would be better, because the glass was very steamy in the morning and it was difficult to see clearly.
The stir-fried dishes for dinner were not bad and the price was affordable. The breakfast was just beautiful for taking pictures. A pretty good red wine was given when checking in, and tea from their own tea house was given before leaving. The overall experience was very good.

GGuest UserThe B&B recommended on Xiaohongshu did not disappoint me. The B&B for less than 300 yuan far exceeded my expectations. It has complete facilities, floor heating, oxygen supply, humidification, and mattresses with high-end latex memory zero pressure. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The last time I came, I spent a lot of money to stay in the viewing paradise, but the service was poor and they were indifferent. They said that the view looked out to a construction site, and when I asked the hotel, they were also evasive. Moshang Huakai is only more than 100 meters away from the viewing platform, and it takes at most 5 minutes to walk. The service is as good as a five-star hotel, and it is very enthusiastic. They also ordered fruits, melon seeds, and candies. The viewing restaurant on the second floor is surrounded by snow-capped mountains on three sides. GGuest UserThe travel-saving version: If you decide to come to Wunongding, Fansu is the most ”economical” choice.
The long-winded version:
1. First of all, why choose the latter between Feilai Temple and Wunongding.
Wunongding is farther away from the snow-capped mountains, you can see more of it, it looks more spectacular with a prospect, and it has a more ”primitive” feeling with fewer people and less business. This is indeed the case - you can't order takeout here.
2. Why choose Fansu among several homestays in Wunongding.
I have also thought about making up my mind and going down the mountain directly (not taking off my clothes). After all, it would be too much of a hassle to consider the cost-effectiveness after a trip to see the snow-capped mountains (it would be better to watch the live broadcast directly in Deqin Rong Media for the most cost-effectiveness). However, it must be admitted that the view depends very much on the weather. If the weather is not good, the location will be wasted. When it was basically determined that it would be cloudy on the day of check-in, I resolutely decided to reduce the budget... What's more, everyone's view at Wunongding is indeed similar. Let me talk about its advantages and disadvantages in detail:
(1) In terms of vision, you can see the whole snow-capped mountain in front (p1), but the foreground is relatively messy, with untidy small houses, railings and other homestays... You can see the White Horse Snow Mountain on the southwest side (p2, 3).
(2) In terms of facilities, it is indeed equipped with the configuration of an economy hotel. If you look at it by this standard, it is not bad. For example, the furniture is new (after all, it has just opened), and it is equipped with floor heating and oxygen machines (need to ask the front desk). However, the hot water in the water heater seems to be not very good!
(3) In terms of service, it provides pick-up and drop-off from Deqin County or Wunongding intersection (if you take a bus, you need to tell the driver in advance), and the owner drives an off-road vehicle to pick you up in person. The homestay has a yard (probably the only one in Wunongding). In the evening, everyone roasts potatoes and chats together. The atmosphere is very good (p4, 5).
