On arrival at this hotel, as soon as you walk in you are welcomed by friendly staff. The reception area is spotlessly clean. With lots of nice sitting areas. Our room had a lot of thought gone into it. The bathroom/shower was again spotlessly clean. We could not fault the room or any area of the hotel.. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Up on the 8th floor. 10/10 to whoever designed this hotel. Excellent, we will definitely be back.

My mom and I stayed at La Terraza for over 2 weeks in December, 2023. It was the best experience we could ever hope for! We were in a studio which is like a luxury apartment with a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining table and even an electric stove! The hotel staff are wonderful - friendly, professional, and competent. Especially Ms. Simge, who is the manager of the front office, is exceptional! Great customer service and communication skills! Honestly, all personnel, head of cleaning, the cleaning crew, all are very skilled. Oh and the best thing about La Terraza is its restaurant on the rooftop! The food is excellent and they have a big menu. They’re not cheap, but we found their prices to be comparable to other restaurants and for the most part, their food was better. Breakfasts were included in our package which I highly recommend, cause their breakfast buffet is quite rich! If you’ll be in the city of Famagusta, La Terraza is walking distance to everything – grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, historical places, etc. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Famagusta!

This hotel is totally amazing! Literally from start to finish, food in the restaurant is delicious and lots of choice. Staff were totally amazing!! Literally this is a 5 star hotel ! This is my second visit and would not stay anywhere else ❤️

My son booked this hotel for my 75th birthday. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, the management and staff were excellent, warm and welcoming, the rooms and complex are spotless. Breakfast is mainly European style and very good, the roof restaurant is an experience, Faruk is one of the managers and Gemal was our barman and waiter, the steak was to die for perfectly cooked and served, and the vip lounge is great to sit chill and have a cocktail.

We live in Paphos and have regularly stayed in Gazimagusa.. This hotel is amazing. Excellent welcome by reception , followed by the porter carrying our bags swiftly to the room. We had a junior suite which did not disappoint. Spacious, very very clean and modern, with a great size fridge . Bedroom felt like I was staying at a friends home. Beautifully decorated and free mosquito plug in the rooms which are required throughout all of Cyprus when the weather is at its hottest. Powerful shower with complimentary gels and lotion. I loved the pillows and the bed is firm ,but that is to my personal preference. Lovely mood lighting throughout. Two balcony’s , one off the bedroom and one off the living room. The only thing that would of made the stay outstanding is balcony chairs and table . Now onto the top floor restaurant ….. outstanding views , fabulous decor and the food was to die for. It’s a no brainier to eat here. The service was superb . There is another drinks and eating area next to reception which is so inviting. This hotel and restaurant is definitely going to be our “ go to “ place when visiting the North .

The restaurant itself was lovely however the service In restaurant was terrible. We were a party of 11 for a birthday. We ordered our food and drinks. Our drinks arrived at least 30 minutes later and they were served with the starters after we had finished our bread. I was served my main course as a starter. Two people were left without their main courses and finally got them some 2 hours 15 mins later when the rest of the table had finished their mains. We were handed a bill with just a total on it and had to ask for a breakdown of the bill. To top it all off not even an apology for the bad service. It’s a shame because the restaurant is lovely but the waiting staff and their attitude let the place down.
