An additional fee will be charged if poop, urine or excessive hair is found on the property or if any landscaping, rocks, plants, lights are destroyed by the animals.- EXTRA GUESTS - Our listing maximum is 16 guests. The house can sleep up to 19 guests with the roll away cots and pull out beds. For additional guests (more than 16) a $50 fee per guest will be charged. Please inform the host of your total guest count. - SMOKING - Smoking, vaping, drugs, weed and excess use of alcohol are strictly prohibited, especially inside of the homes. Currently we limit the number of guests to 50. Guests are responsible for any additional furniture needed and for all of the clean up after the event. Our cleaning crew is not equipped to clean up after large events, so all trash and food must be disposed of in the appropriate bins, and trash tightly tied up in bags to avoid bugs and rodents. Any spills / food stains on furnishings must be cleaned up by guests immediately to avoid additional cleaning fees. The guests on the booking take full responsibility for any damages made to the property by any of their guests. The same rules and liability waiver applies to event guests. These additional "event guests" are not allowed to stay overnight at the property. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed. Event guests must vacate the property by 10pm. The maximum number of people that are allowed on the property throughout your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation is made. If you plan to have any guests visit, you must notify us first. The maximum number of cars allowed on the property is 4. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet time starts at 9pm.The property sits on an active Avocado Grove. Please do not enter the grove areas or pick any fruit.For your safety and to monitor our grove and land, we have outdoor security cameras in the following outdoor spaces: Front door, Driveway, Gate, Front Lawn, Grove, and Pool area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and may activate light.The pool is not heated. The pool is not meant for diving. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Watch children at all times while in the pool or pool area, and swim at your own risk. Downstairs doors opens to the pool area can be locked preventing children out to the pool area. Pool toys and inflatables to be used at your own risk.Our pool cleaner typically comes on Wednesday afternoon and will be entering pool area. Our landscaper and grove keeper comes Sunday morning and will be performing maintenance duties around the property.The property utilizes two Smart Thermostats to control air conditioning and heating. The temperature may change automatically by our energy provider based on outside temperature and time of day for energy saving. In order to protect cooling and heating equipment, the thermostats may be programmed with a temperature range.The pond located at entry gate belongs to our neighbor and is off limits. The pond is monitored by our neighbor with security cameras.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guests agree to sign and release waiver of all liability, No smoking, No Pets, No parties or events.
