The staff were extremely helpful going to any length to make stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean, amenities were classy. The restaurant staff specially need a mention for their excellent customer focus and ability to provide good spread and choice meeting different peoples needs.

We had a very good experience during our visit. Clean n hygienic rooms, amazing service & good food. The facilities here are very good . The environment here is very peaceful. There is an open ground for children to play. Special mention for the manager Mr. Abhishek who ensured our stay was comfortable. They went extra mile to ensure customer delight. Recommended as prime location since close to all attractions. Autos are available right outside the hotel . I will recommend people to stay at this hotel while visiting to Ayodhya Darshan.

It was a fantastic experience. I have stayed multiple times in this property and considering the same they upgraded my room in which i generally stay and didn't charge me anything. i recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. the staff was excellent—very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. the food was also great, with a good variety of options and excellent taste. however, the room quality left much to be desired. the bed was not up to standard, as the joints were making a lot of noise, which affected my sleep. the mattress was just average and could be more comfortable. i believe there’s significant room for improvement in terms of the furniture and overall room maintenance. if the management focuses on improving the room quality, this hotel has great potential to provide a truly excellent stay.. i dont have

But the price is little high for its worth, there is no generator backup for electricity, no refrigerator in room, telephone lines are not working in room. The hospitality of staff is very good. Overall, i rate it to be average for stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new. Room was bright and clean. So was the linen. It’s located well on the ayodhya-Faizabad highway. though far from temple in ayodhya but offers good access. But that’s where the positives stop. It’s only a night stay place. To begin with the cupboard has no rod to hang clothes. No hangars. The washroom is small but clean. But the toilet seat like economy class travel has no leg room. Plus the hand shower was leaking. They don’t provide hand towels, toilet paper , comb, dental kit, lotion etc by default. Ask the staff to provide any of these. They will tell you NO we don’t provide. Next don’t trust their in room dining menu. 75 percent items are not available. Better ask what’s available because the staff rudely will say not possible. The trays in which the ordered items are provided are dirty. The food items ordered are brought open. No cover no aluminium foil to provide some sense of hygiene. Ayodhya is witnessing greater footfalls. These new hotel owners are out to make money and not create any sense of hospitality. So pay huge money , spend a night and leave.

GGuest UserHotel entrance is very nice and rooms are spacious ***** with en-suite bath but level of cleanliness is not the best. There is a huge balcony attached bur cleanliness is poor. There is a restaurant in 2nd floor and the food is good.
