Price of hotel room never match with their services. House keeping pathetic and Hotel Restaurant menu options are not good .
You can't get proper response from both reception and support staff.
They are only taking heavy charges for their rooms because of tourist footfall but their services are pathetic

Worst property, worst management & worst staff behaviour, no people over there know how to talk to clients, they are situated in a holy city like Ayodhya but then also they have no manners how to talk to people

Location good, food was very good, staff was very good. Only negative point was that bathroom was chocked, there was water blockage inspired of complaints they did not bother to solve the issue.

The hotel provided a comfortable stay and is conveniently located close to Ram Mandir. Being situated on the main road, public transport was easily accessible, making travel to the temple hassle-free. The food was excellent, and the welcome drinks at check-in were a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience staying here with family.

The staff were extremely helpful going to any length to make stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean, amenities were classy. The restaurant staff specially need a mention for their excellent customer focus and ability to provide good spread and choice meeting different peoples needs.
