I notified reception immediately upon discovery that my bed was faulty. The right side was lower than the left, and the foot of the bed was higher than the head. The right side was also considerably worn compared to the left, meaning thr sleep surface was completely uneven. Reception didn't follow up, or put it right. I chased Reception who gave me a web address to complain to. I complained to this address where I received a reply saying as my room was an accessible room, I shouldn't expect the bed to be of the same quality as regular rooms. Essentially saying disabled people should expect lower quality.
