非常棒的酒店，就是新裝修，還是有一點味道，但是不會薰的刺眼。10月4日下午6點15左右入住的，一位戴眼鏡的帥氣男生接待的我們，從辦入住手續到住進房間，我提出了不少要求，都快速的滿足了我們一家三口，非常感謝。酒店早餐真的也是太讚了，有一半原因是衝著早餐訂的酒店。房間非常大，暖氣已經開了，晚上超級暖和，床品也不錯。酒店也有自己的停車場。還是推薦大家一定要去體驗一下。

非常非常nice！
新酒店，設施、用品都新嶄嶄的，而且高品質，講究細節，智能化；房間寬敞，尤其衞生間真舒服，星空設計體驗感極佳，窗外視野很棒！
淡季給免費升級房型了，但即使是標間也非常棒（先看了房再下單）。
早餐棒極了，餐品很豐富，好吃，還有現磨咖啡。
酒店工作人員都非常熱情，服務響應及時。
酒店邊上有家超棒的大超市，種類豐富，品質高，非常便利，服務員熱情，住店期間去逛了好幾回。
性價比非常高的酒店！

今年新開業酒店，設施非常新，質量很好。9月中下旬的呼倫貝爾進入旅遊淡季，酒店免費給升級到套房，高級感滿滿。免費早餐品種多、口味多樣，稍不留神就吃多了。酒店自己的停車場，方便安全。400出頭的價格覺得很滿意。

有些地方還在裝修，地下車場不可用，服務差，雨天近出入口臨時停車，保安也不問孕婦是否需要幫助，衹是不讓停車，該區域酒店第二天要使用。

我入住的房間十分寬敞，尤其在寒意漸濃的時節，充足的暖氣讓人倍感舒適。而更讓我印象深刻的，是酒店無微不至、響應迅捷的服務。
當我提出希望對布藝沙發進行除蟎消毒後，酒店方面立刻安排負責人前來處理。我衹是隨口提及房間缺少一張書桌用於辦公，不一會兒，工作人員不僅送來了書桌，還貼心備好了插排。隨後，我告知酒店我的研究生即將抵達，需要同樣的安排，他們不僅愉快地應允，還將我的學生安排在了我的對門房間，這份周到讓人稱讚。
餐廳的服務同樣貼心。每日早餐時，服務人員都會熱情地為我們介紹當日最具特色的美食。他們留意到我格外喜歡當地的鮮牛奶，便特意將香濃的奶皮子也留給我。這份心意讓我今早自製了一碗獨特的“奶皮子拿鐵”，味道醇厚美妙，堪稱最具呼倫貝爾風味的創意飲品！👍
這段經歷讓我看到，卓越的服務源於對客人需求的敏鋭洞察和真誠關懷。這次入住體驗，無疑為我的調研工作注入了許多温暖與便利。
提一點小小的建議，放冰箱的櫃子可否增加通風口，這個櫃子摸起來是熱的，打開櫃門會有熱氣散出，有兩種可能：一是，暖氣太好；二是，冰箱散熱不好造成，這有造成火災的風險，希望引起注意。
