What stood out most was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were throughout our stay. Check-in was also smooth and easy. "This motel is convenient, with parking right outside the room. For a simple one-night stay, the price is reasonable. The Indian receptionist was very welcoming and nice. The University of Oregon is a 20-minute walk away. The cleanliness was a little lacking, but otherwise, it was fine. It was perfect for backpackers like us who enjoy Western burgers and car trips. Breakfast included a dog, coffee, apples, and bananas. There's a McDonald's nearby."

"Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!"
