Ettlingen Hotels with Wi-Fi

Business trip, it is more convenient to travel from the location, the hotel has a good environment, clean, complete facilities, complete surrounding supporting facilities, particularly cost-effective, very good one booking, I have booked many times

The spa area was very nice and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally furnished and there were enough rooms. Unfortunately, the service force in the breakfast room appeared a bit upset and has their own ideas of who should sit where to keep their paths as short as possible. Humanly understandable, but in such a house at the service not very happy.

The rooms are large, hygienic and the environment is very good! The price is also very reasonable! The location is also very good! Very satisfied

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

There is a parking lot for money, and the hotel is very good, but Ctrip's agents are rubbish. I booked for six days, and then stayed for two days and got a rash all over the body. First I went to see the doctor. The doctor suggested changing the room. When I went to the front desk, I saw that the front desk only charged for two nights. But Ctrip said the agent did not agree to the refund of the money later. It is still under negotiation. There is an option in Ctrip to pay at the store, and then the hotels here do not pay at first, and the settlement will be settled when you leave, so everyone will pay at the store after booking the hotel.
