The main level great room has a gas fireplace to gather at with river and mountain views all around...no artwork needed on these walls! This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!! From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill! The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level. Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and 2 twins) and a full bath. From this level you can walk-out onto the covered patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thompson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also a main floor laundry room. As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river. Wildlife sightings abound with frequent visits from elk, deer, wild turkeys and even an occasional bobcat. Need we go on... The 8 total includes day guests who must be approved by the manager. No weddings or other group events** **Our cancellation policy is stated below.
