這是我唯一一次主動給酒店寫評價，因為這次的服務體驗實在是非常差。第一，我23號下午下的單，預訂的25號到26號的酒店，房型是標間，和朋友一起來考試的，25號下午五點多才給我打電話（此時我已經在去酒店的路上），説我訂的房型沒有了，讓我加錢？理直氣壯的，跟我説酒店當天的客流量她們沒法控制，請問我為什麼要因為你們的失誤買單？到店之後也是在我們説要麼三倍賠償，要麼就投訴到平台，一番爭論之後，經男店長同意，給我們辦理了更好一點的標間入住，旁邊那個大媽白眼都要翻到天上去了，沒有表示過歉意。第二：我下單的時候有附贈延遲退房的權益，26號早上七點半我打電話讓前台延遲退房到兩點，上來就跟我説要加錢，後面又説可以幫我申請，要11點半才能給回覆，在外面住了幾十次酒店，從來沒有遇見過這種服務的。我不知道你們是剛開業不懂這些還是什麼原因，但是如果你們不能提供平台上所寫的權益，請跟平台那邊溝通好行嗎？總之，服務態度是沒有的，白眼是非常多的。但是，客觀的説，房間的環境可以，設施新，隔音也不錯，入睡體驗可以，酒店的地理位置也便利 ，200按金退的也很快，就是給大家提供一個參考。
