The Breeze Hotel

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olunmalı diye düşünüyorum bizim yastık kılıflarımızda ve çarşafta saçlar vardı kendi kılıfınızı ve carşafınızı götürmenizi tavsiye ederim klozetin musluğu arızalıydı, oda da hazırda terlik yoktu ve banyo ışığı arızalıydı söyledikten sonra yardımcı oldular bize ama öncesinde dikkat edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Lokasi yang bagus dengan banyak restoran dan kafe yang dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kamar kami besar dengan kamar mandi yang besar. Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir gratis di jalan di bagian depan. Satu-satunya masalah adalah hotel ini ramah hewan peliharaan dan kursi di kamar itu berlumuran urin. Kami membayar tunai untuk kamar tersebut ketika kami pergi, lalu secara misterius saya mendapat pesan yang mengatakan bahwa pemesanan saya dibatalkan.

ATTENTION!!!!! The rooms are unmaintained, shabby, and unclean. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not working. I was forced to use the shared toilet at the reception two floors below me. After fixing the problem, it stopped working again the next morning! During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned by the staff! Odors from the hotel's kitchen were coming into the room through the ventilation. On top of everything, I was charged twice for the stay - once on my credit card for the reservation made through Booking and separately I was asked to pay at the reception without being issued an invoice. Upon leaving the hotel, I requested a refund for one of the amounts of 231.67 EUR. They told me they would check and refund it. As of now, almost two months later, the overcharged amount has not been refunded. They do not respond to messages asking for assistance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my husband had lived at this hotel within 37 days. So as a long stay guests we felt very comfortable being there. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Regarding location it is brilliant, in the city center, you can go easily on foot to the main sightseeings, great infrastructure around the hotel. So we definitely recommend this hotel!
