I booked this a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We were arriving on his birthday and I had let the hotel know. We had an excellent room up on the 6th floor, room 633 with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Great sunrises every morning. Such a peaceful room with no outside or inside noise. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The meals had a variety and never had to wait for a table or seat. Didn't use the swimming pool or pool area at all, rather crowded being the school holidays but we enjoyed adventures exploring the island. The hotel for us was just a base. A great swap box at the bottom of the stairs and also books.
Overall a wonderful stay.

We’ve just had a fabulous holiday in the Invisa Ereso with the Imserso scheme. I don’t know where to start! The staff were absolutely amazing. Every one of them would go out of their way for you with no exceptions! Cleaners, bar staff, kitchen waiters and cooks, reception….honestly they couldn’t do enough. The food was lovely too, always meat or fish cooked on the plancha in front of you and served with a smile. Didn’t want to mention anyone in particular but I have to say that I wanted to take Fernando home with me but my husband wouldn’t let me! His smile would light up a room. Every member of staff should give themselves a pat on the back for exceeding our expectations. Muchas gracias. Tom and Jill.

I recently stayed for a long weekend with a friend. We arrived at 10:30am so our room wasn't ready, but we were given a courtesy room and somewhere to stow our cases so we could get changed and straight to the pool. There are 2 pools and a children's splash pool, with plenty of sunbeds. Our room was ready before midday and was way above 3 star standard. Newly refurbished, spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The food is absolutely amazing, by far one of the best all inclusive buffets I've ever visited. Curry night was phenomenal. Drinks are standard all inclusive, the beer was nice and the wine was satisfactory. You do pay a refundable 50c deposit for a plastic cup for drinks, and are given a fresh one each time you order. Buffet drinks in the evening are served in wine glasses. I'd recommend taking your own cup for hot drinks. Soft and hot drinks at the pool bar are help yourself. The staff were so lovely and helpful, and the amazing animation team work tirelessly all day and night. The evening shows were fantastic, special shout out for the We Will Rock You production, faultless. There beach is a short 5 minute walk away, with plenty of shops and bars on your doorstep. I would absolutely return.

Stayed for a week couldn’t fault the hotel. Friendly staff made you feel welcome. Hotel is in a great position not far from anything beach, shops, bars. Stayed in a refurbished room beds comfortable and changed every couple of days. The rainfall shower was fantastic. Food is the best all inclusive food I have ever had in a hotel huge choice at every meal time soup at lunch and evening meal so 14 different soups in 7 days !! Something different and all I had ( far too much 😂 ) was fantastic. No sunbed wars and also plenty umbrellas which have found a problem at other hotels. Overall could not fault my stay at enjoy

We stayed in a superior room and honestly couldn’t fault it the cleanliness and amenities were amazing The locations is great in terms of being close to local shops and bars There is always a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from The most important mention from me is how AMAZING the ENTERTAINMENT/ ANIMATION TEAM were , they put on a great show and made us feel so welcome and have so much fun honestly they made the holiday extremely enjoyable , they even sung happy birthday to my friend at dinner and came and gave her a bottle of bubbly after the evening entertainment! They truly cared about us as guests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very clean hotel , lovely food, Rooms comfortable, however if your room overlooks the back of the hotel , you will have the smell & noise of the extractor fan , which made it impossible to sit on the balcony or have the door open. Lovely staff especially Manuel in the restaurant. Negatives .. no hot drinks Tea /Coffee with Lunch or dinner in the restaurant. You could get one from the bar but this was served in a plastic beaker which was too hot . Deposit had to be paid for for beakers for all inclusive drinks, not a problem but would have been nice to know before we got there. Also could do with a book in the rooms .. explaining all facilities
