Overall the hotel is excellent. Excellent service, rooms are clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing. The only point of improvement is that sometimes too much noise penetrates from the adjacent rooms ( TV, talking.. )

This hotel provides a convenient place to rest after exploring the area's Islamic sites. We were a group of 5 English speakers and the front desk woman had no problem communicating with us. The service was good. The rooms are not that large, and the bathroom was small. However, we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The rooms was warm at night, because the temps were cold outside we appreciated it. We needed some air and opened the windows, and there is quite a bit of city noise, as well as call to prayer. The morning breakfast was ample and a buffet style. There is not much of a lobby and the rooms are not that big, so this might not be a first choice for people who want to relax and have a social time. You would have to go elsewhere for that.

Nice hotel in an attractive place. By Walking distance from Arzorum Castle and other attractions.
The room is pleasantly furnished.
The breakfast is good and staff is efficient.
The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's 43 degrees outside, this disadvantage is unbearable. Therefore, I will recommend the hotel only during winter time

Very good hotel with polite and knowledgeable staff. A clean hotel with good and new equipment in the rooms, a restaurant with a relatively full breakfast and a balcony to enjoy breakfast. It's just that due to the heat on the few hot days of the year in July, the need for air conditioners during the day may feel that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioners (due to the coldness of the Erzurum region) and only the air conditioner fan works. It would be nice to have some fans for the heat people to use during the day. Of course, it should be emphasized that the nights of this month of July sometimes get cold up to 5 degrees Celsius, so you need a quilt and a jacket.

In the morning, when we were going skiing and were fully dressed, we were told at the reception that we must urgently pack our things and move to another room. Why they didn't told us this information beforehand I don't know. At the same time, the other room was also not yet ready for settlement. We had to leave valuables at the reception. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, our things were still in the old room and no one moved them to the new room. I also note that no one speaks English at all and in order to understand something. I had to use a translator, otherwise the staff simply didn’t understand what they wanted from him

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family. Upon entering, the pleasant smell filled the lobby. The hotel layout is modern and beautiful. The reception staff Mrs. Marwa and Mr. Ahmed helped us a lot in times of need. The rooms are clean and daily cleaning is done regularly. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and of high quality. The weather was hot in the first two days of our stay, and because the hotel is located in a relatively cold city, it does not have an air conditioner, and it is suggested to take precautions due to global warming and climate change. Fan) can be considered for hot days as well. I hope I can stay in this hotel again.

Everything was great . The equipment was first class and completely new. Breakfast was excellent and of great quality and variety. The hotel staff is very polite and professional. Hotel location is great in the center of erzurum city.
