It is a quirky property that we loved . Pool overlooks the many surfers on the Atlantic Ocean. A quick and easy walk to town. Our villa was spacious and they offer free laundry. We plan to return with friends next year.

BEWARE. This property looks like nothing close to the pictures posted online. It was in a state of disrepair. It was also not dirty and not kept well. We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the hotel. In addition, we were in a room near the square, and parties were had there 4 of the 5 nights we were there from midnight until 4:00 AM, loud music, shouting and chants. We called the police twice because it was impossible to sleep. We also had to call the hotel management. When we tried to talk to someone in person, young eighteen year olds are running the place and pass along information to the owner. They are kind but inexperienced and can not solve the problems for you. The owner when reached said they could not accommodate us by changing rooms, or refunding our nights' stay. We were told they have no control over what happens outside their premises. The toilet broke when we were there as well. We contacted reception, they sent the same 18 year old, who again was polite. She took pictures, and the toilet was fixed 6 hours later. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The place is really lovely with an amazing sea view, the house was clean and the kitchen was a bit small but had everything. The swimming pool was a little cold but with an amazing view. It was a 10 minutes walk to the center of Ericeira. There was a shared kitchen with a lot of products which was also very nice for our first day.

Love this quirky place. Magnificent view. right on the beach. Great pool. The property is large spacious and quiet. Laundry facilities too. The staff were great. I don't agree with some of the reviews who say they were short or curt. I will go back again. the rooms are quite plain but spacious.

Wij verbleven hier in juli 1 week en vonden Villa Ana Margarida echt te schattig gewoon. Wat een plaatje! Top locatie boven de zee, heerlijk slapen met het geluid van de ruige zee op de achtergrond. Oke van binnen zijn de huisjes niet heel luxe, maar hey.. je bent ook niet van plan veel binnen te zitten toch. Na het lezen van recensies dat de slaapbank niet geschikt is voor 2 tieners, hebben wij vooraf al een extra bed laten plaatsen! Zo kon iedereen prima slapen. Ericeira is ook echt een relax plaatsje, met een fijne ( surf) vibe. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zou het iedereen aanraden.
