The decor is dated and paint was peeling in the bathroom but the shower worked well and everything was clean. Floorboards on the first floor creaked a lot. Super comfy bed. Plenty of free customer parking and it was a quiet area. I asked for a room at the back. I stayed on a Sunday and the adjacent pub was empty in the evening. The young man on reception was friendly and efficient. The hotel is a short walk from town where there is an excellent shopping mall and plenty of eating options if you don't fancy the pub by the hotel. I chose this Premier Inn for the night before a flight from Gatwick.

Both courses came out cold and was returned, how do you serve cold tomato soup ??? Cold Burger and soggy chips inedible also sent back

The location of this Premier Inn is great but the state of the gardens, the lack of pride from the staff really showed on my recent visit. Even the pub was closed by 10.30.p.m.

Perfect hotel for visiting Epsom - free parking - quiet location - nice staff - sink plug blocked wasn’t fixed after reporting was disappointing

The hotel is dated but the staff are friendly and helpful. The night stay was perfectly fine for myself and two children. We stopped over during our two day visit to Chessington World of Adventure (10 minute drive away). Breakfast was nice, and James was very helpful.
