I couldn't get to the hotel because of the rain, the streets were flooded and there was no way I could get a refund!

Clean hotel and room facilities such as shower, air conditioning and toilet in good condition. Friendly, smiling and professional receptionist. Only downside the location with a not very pretty view and close to the A6 Good overall rating for this hotel

A modular room like a ship cabin that meets all needs. Cleanliness is g***t good. Transportation to Paris center is around an hour using bus and train. Bus stops are a disgrace because buses don't stop at most stops. Some of the things written are not offered, for example: There is no electric heater in the room. In general, it only works for sleeping purposes, it is clean, but public transportation is problematic.

Terrible location, they charged me twice, once for room second for deposit they never return. They blame the bank with no receipt or proof money was sent. Tiny family room. Homeless men sleep in cars in the dark carpal and stare at myself and teenage daughter, very intimidating and felt unsafe, the room opens to the outside so it's easy to get robbed as they watch u leave and door is very thin

Scammers and rude staff, no brochure for excursions or local attractions. Paid in full and wqs scamed out of a further 200euro. Small family holiday, 1st the carpark is full, of men that seem to live in their cars, they stare at you arriving and leaving everyday, especially my teenager. Room door is outside building, very easy to break in. The single plastic key they give has a 150euro replacement charge!🤣🤣🤣🤣 these people are insane. I'm still requesting my money to be returned and still told couple days, it's been nearly 2months now, no record that they tried to return the money, it left my account very fast tho. Stay clear, there's something uncomfortable about the area, staff and carpark, its dark with little streetlights even in the carpark it's dark, and unavoidable to get to your room. I wouldn't like to be a drunk young girl returning back, its very dodgy, not for kids. Next door the hotel is inviting and lit up, has a restaurant too, this place is not a 2star, its a tiny cheap motal

Stay clear. They charged for the full rate was paid on arrival, they asked for 150 of a bank card, they refused cash, so I used my card, the 150 still hasn't been returned, we are a small family, spent couple days sight seeing and the hotel is a scam. The vending machine took 20euro that wasn't returned either, 2weeks I'm waiting for refund, and emails they just keep saying it's my banks problem they sent the money. I had a feeling this would happen and was correct, I took a video of the room before leaving incase they try anything like this, I just knew they be shady. Very far from anything, the money spent on travel be same as staying in paris center, also taxi from airport to hotel was 45euro, Uber on return to airport was 11euro. Use Uber.

hello April 19, very friendly welcome, good dialogue, room upstairs very clean, very hot water, nothing to report except that in the evening, parking lot crowded with metal vans, some of which idle for more than an hour, if you don't don't come early, no space for your vehicle and where to park? very far! risks!!! the drivers eat in the truck and some live there so heating I called the hotel at 10:30 p.m. because it is a 24/7 call but no response! I went directly to see the drivers who, after arrogant remarks, still cut the engine, then there was a roar of exclamations outside, unwanted passages of migrants occupying the Formula 1 right next to it! so the unclosed parking lot is common and armored! lots of movement at night! so I COULD NOT SLEEP! the height for a hotel! I explained this at reception the next morning to the young person who was there but obviously well aware of the practice! so will not return to these hotels! to avoid !!!

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Pleasant welcome with smiles. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable bedding, neither too hard nor too soft. In the morning a good breakfast with fragrant coffee and hot croissants. Perfect!

We were passing through. All was good. We were greeted pleasantly. The room is not big but clean and comfortable. In the evening we ate at a restaurant in a nearby hotel. In the morning, a good breakfast with delicious croissants and superb coffee. Really great hotel for a trip.

Clean hotel, warm and attentive team who do everything to help you. The room is clean, well maintained! Compliant with first class standards, breakfast is a treat. You can easily get to Paris via the RER C. I recommend

If you are looking for calm, rest, need sleep... RUN AWAY!!!!! Partitions and facade walls as thick as cigarette paper, customers and staff unscrupulous about the rules of community life, little respect for the well-being of others... Noise of suitcases and trolleys, TV on loud, slammed doors, telephones ringing ring to wake up a dead person and people bawl at tph at every hour, the staff who talk about their lives in front of the room doors until 10:45 p.m. because I went out otherwise it would certainly have lasted.... Parking right in front of the doors rooms, I'm not drawing you a picture of the noise of cars, doors, engines running for hours and people talking loudly right in front of your door until very late at night.... At reception, you will be seen arriving from outside, we prefer to make you wait in front of the reception door before coming to take care of you. Cobwebs (2) clearly visible on the ceiling in the room, no electrical outlet near the bed, shower faucet that turns half way in a vacuum, it's not easy to adjust the temperature, as they say "we're not doing anything new with old stuff.” A red stained bath towel and shower mat???, luckily I had my own towel. The sheets were clean. I didn't pay much (49 euros per night without breakfast) but I didn't even get my money's worth. It was my first, it will be my last in this hotel chain, I left early in the morning with my suitcases.... in front of me!!
