An Absolute Gem – Unforgettable Experience at Hotel Margaux From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Hotel Margaux is something truly special. This family-owned treasure exudes warmth, charm, and a level of care that’s becoming increasingly rare in the hospitality world. It’s perfectly situated in Épernay but tucked away, quiet and relaxing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—nothing is missed. From the impeccably kept rooms to the cozy ambiance throughout the hotel, everything feels intentionally crafted to make guests feel at home. The attention to detail is simply unmatched. The breakfast each morning was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a variety that catered to every preference. It's clear that love and pride go into every part of the experience. Margaux herself is the heart of this hotel. She is one of the sweetest, kindest hosts we’ve ever encountered. Hotel tout neuf, avec les erreurs d'un nouvel établissement. Difficultés avec le rangement des vêtements, long (manteau) coffre-fort non fonctionnel et problèmes avec les clés. Hôtel bien situé avec un parking pratique, juste en bas de l'avenue de Champagne . Nous sommes restés 2 nuits .Malheureusement pour nous l'hotel était complet à l'occasion des " habits de lumières " et le dimanche matin à 9.30 il n 'y avait plus rien au petit déjeuner .Plus de viennoiseries, plus de pain ,plus d'oeufs ,plus de charcuterie,plus de fromage...... Après notre demande et 20 mn plus tard ,nous avons eu de la baguette chaude (donc décongelée) Ils ont remis un peu des oeufs et c'est tout , aucune viennoiserie etc... Au prix de la nuitée, c'est un peu décevant .D'autant qu'il y a une boulangerie à 10 m. J'ai recu des excuses après mon courrier, mais cela n'a pas compensé les désagréments.
