We stayed here on a Sunday night during term time. It was a hive of activity when we arrived, but by 7pm there was a mass exodus, leaving us virtually on our own. So peaceful. We stayed in a tree house with a rope/wooden bridge (not solid) so much fun. There was a toilet, but advised we had to add sand to our pee so that it could be composted.;-) Breakfast was a wonderful surprise, delivered by means of a basket attached to a hook, which we pulled up via rope. Croissant each, mini french stick each, juice, butter, jam (and a flask of coffee each which we had pre ordered). It was a five min walk from the car park to our cabin, over uneven terrain so sensible footwear needed. Noticed there were wheelbarrows for anyone who needed to carry more. The shower and loo were near the car park but both were super clean. We booked towels and sheets in advance as we were travelling with limited space (otherwise it’s bring your own). The little critter/birds that were keeping us company on the roof of the cabin went to bed when the sun went down, but came and joined us again when the sun came up. The extra blanket provided came in handy during the night, so you might want to bring PJs if it’s not the middle of the summer. All in all a fantastic night’s stay. So tranquil. Highly recommend
