Hotel room was as advertised, clean with access to pool and patio. Location was off a dirt road behind some other rental facility and other residences, not aesthetically appealing but thats how the whole Valle de Guadalupe area is. The in house restaurant was closed and there was really nothing to do there. No ice available. Someone was playing loud music ALL night long, and Im not exaggerating. Hot tub and pool need maintenance as the walls were dirty as well as the water.

I just had a couple concerns which was the fact that the shower had a strong mild dewy odor and breakfast was at an upstairs kitchen and I being handicapped I can’t use stairs and they only had one person working there and they only offered for my husband to come get the food or for us to wait. Keeping the whole me being on a cane they did originally had us upstairs but they were able to change our room to down stairs. In my opinion they should have more handicap access

Roads are very rough and you should use a Truck or SUV .... Since its the low season the restaurant wasn't open which we were not aware of . Its very cold in the room so dress warm .... No.heat

Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel didn’t have a working shower gel pump in shower. Water pressure inside shower was mild. Soap dispenser was hard to dispense. No hair dryer or hangers available. Beautiful view of pool and hot tub area. Matilde restaurant had fair offerings for a complimentary breakfast.

No hot water first night. Next day hot water a trickle.
Requested second floor room, told all booked. Only one other room booked and they were on the first floor. Receptionist said all the people were on a tour.
Second day she gave another couple a room on the second floor.

We were there from Monday through Wednesday. Very quiet, clean, and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. Breakfast was included, nothing too fancy but convenient.

Such a relaxing weekend. It was off-season so very quiet which was amazing! Highly recommend for a couples getaway.
