C’est une vrai arnaque. On la pri comme hotel mais c’est même pas une hotel. C’est des hostel toilette partagé avec les autres chambres. C’est pas propre. Les prix pour une hostel tros cher. Pour une entreprise internationale dommage. Il faudrait que il vérifie tout ces annonces.

The most horrendous experience. Me and my sister booked this hotel months in advance of a concert upon travelling down to London a lady called Kate from COGIE 22 called me on WhatsApp and told me our room had been cancelled and they were moving us to another place a 55 minute walk away from the stadium compared to 15. I am 34 weeks pregnant. After explaining this to Kate she sis nor care and told me ok I’ll cancel it then and you can find somewhere else to stay.. hours before check in. She was rude and argumentative over the phone and nearly left us stranded in London she clearly didn’t care. What kind of guest service is that?! When we finally got to the new place it was literally a house the rooms were filthy with pillows that smelt like urine with stains all over them. Later I found that they had been advertising rooms on booking . com at the 22 for a higher price! They are scammers with not one bit of care for their customers please do not stay here!!

Not a hotel but a hostel/doss house. Most rooms do not have en-suite. Shared toilet/shower (tiny) with a 1980's shower. No toilet paper/soap. My bed had been slept and sheets not changed (hairs on pillows) so I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. No breakfast. If it would have earlier in the day I would have gone somewhere else. if I had my car with me, I would have slept in the car. Got up at 6 am due to noise from someone walking round upstairs. Do you yourself a favour and avoid this place

This was a late booking. I give the person on the other end of the phone a 10/10 for great communication. Booking complete and for one night only at a cost of £71.98 for the night (single room). I arrived there around just after 9pm. Found my room (#3) put my things in. The shelf fixed to the wall in front of the bed had a heavy layer of dust, indicating the room had not been cleaned for a while. There were bits on the floor. In the room itself, 1 single hard bed, I very small fridge which doubled up as a lamp table stand, a microwave and a kettle which was full of stale water in it. The night was very uncomfortable. I managed to fall a sleep around 4am, and when I woke up, I was covered in bites especially my left leg, hand and ear. In addition I had 4 bites on my right leg, 1 at the side of my thigh and 1 bite on my right ear. Prior to following instructions, I had to take a picture of my photo id (driving licence) and send this via whatsapp to a number provided on the door before I was sent the code to enter through the front door. I am urging you all out there thinking of renting a room in this place for even one night......DO NOT DO IT.....You will regret it, I wished now I had paid for a hotel at £100 for one night than to spend another night in 22 Stockton Rod, Upper Enfield N18 2BA I am suffering the consequences of sleeping in an unclean environment. If you love your life, peace and sanity DO NOT SPEND A NIGHT HERE! DON'T DO IT!!! This place is not a hotel, it looks like a house of multiple occupants or HMO.......The person who posted pictures of this place is not wrong....

My company booked this place through our Travel Agency. It is a council house in a very dodgy area, where individual rooms are being rented out. I booked a deluxe double room overlooking the gardens with breakfast at £120pn. There is nothing deluxe about this place! On arrival there was a note on the door to ring a number, I was told my company hadn't paid & they needed my credit card details for the outstanding £120, our agent said they had paid so I think this may have been a scam. I took the opportunity to leave & got my company to book me into a Travel lodge. Avoid at all cost, this is not a hotel.

Ho prenotato questo bruttissimo posto non avendo letto le recensioni prima di farlo, purtroppo. Tutto mi è stato confermato poi alle 13 del giorno stesso mi è stato mandato un messaggio whatsapp in cui mi annunciavano, senza alcun preavviso, che mi avrebbero cambiato il luogo del soggiorno, spostandomi lontanissimo da quello iniziale che avevo prenotato e molto lontano dai siti che dovevo visitare con evidente aggravio di spesa per gli spostamenti. Il nuovo posto era una cosa terribile: non ci sono parole per esprimere la qualità ma ho fatto molte foto in cui si potrà valutare. Sporco, lenzuola rotte con peli e capelli, polvere ovunque, armadietti che si reggevano con della carta, fili elettrici pendenti, acqua calda non presente, doccia rotta, riscaldamenti spenti, porte sventrate e spifferi dappertutto: insomma una cosa da evitare assolutamente!
