Location is very near to train station and M25, which is perfect for those who are coming by car. Overnight parking is available at minimal cost. Highly recommended.

Well don't book at Enfiekd lock Meal 3 course only at £25 each... no other alternative, altho it was Boxing Day. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag, making it ineffective. Room smelt of smoke despite obvious aggressive airing. Tragedy waiting to happen!!! Hallways stank of smoked ****. Smell of **** in the car park from people seen smoking from the window. Four out of six cars in disabled bays with no blue cards displayed. Following night... 3am a family is moved in in an opposite room with loads of screaming from the kids and shouting from the adults! Room was dusty. Eyes were stinging in the morning from it. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place. Staff were helpful was about the only possitive.

Honestly, the best experience ever! Martina truly made my visit worth the while, she certainly served me and my friend correct and came through with the positive energy. I had a late check in, but she was able to assist me with everything and was incredibly helpful!

Although it was a premium room, the room looked "shabby" with lots of stains on the carpets and scuffs on the walls. There was litter on the floor in the corridor, which was left there despite the fact that staff had gone past on several occasions. People were smoking pot under the building near my window, and I could smell it, which meant I could not leave my window open. There was a strange smell in the fridge, and the fridge cupboard door was hanging off. The "Premium Wi-Fi" was very poor and slow, I tried it at several locations and all were the same. I had intended to do some work but the slow speed made it extremely difficult. The Premium Wi-Fi login system is very "clunky". The Ultimate Breakfast quality of food was not good. The bacon was dried out and extremely thin, it looked like streaky bacon not the usual back bacon. Brown/bruised fresh fruit. Poor selection of yogurts.

As with Premier Inn generally you don't get luxury but you get an extremely comfortable bed in a pleasant room that allows you to have a decent nights sleep. Very good value for money and just a 15 minute walk to Enfield Lock Station which is a short 30minute trian ride to central London. Should also give a shout out for Yasin who was on reception and was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the wifi was a bit slow.

The environment was clean, room was cleaned and staff were welcoming and polite. I like the fact that it is outside of the town a little bit. Which makes the place good for a short rest from hustling and bustling of the city. Nice location I will recommend and book again.
