The outside was deceiving. Could use a bit of an update. The room was spotless and I could smell bleach so it was definitley cleaned well. The bathroom could use better lighting especially if you have to put makeup on. Bed was comfortable. At door parking for first floor rooms which I like. The only problem we had was too many flies. The door sweep needed to be replaced so the flies were coming in like crazy.

When in the transportation industry sometimes finding hotels that can accommodate a tow behind trailer can be a bit of a process but this location is very easy to work with and incredibly helpful staff, thank you for a smooth reservation! I know the next time we are in this area we will surely be reaching out for future business needs!

My room had clearly gotten a much needed update since the last time I stayed here. While furnishings were inexpensive, everything was new and clean. With it's location close to Six Flags, and not far from Springfield or Hartford, this is a good value.

I stayed here 27 years ago and it was very clean and pleasant. Fast forward to June 2022...The outer side of the door to my room was dirty and uninviting. The inside of the room was no better, as my photos show...Paint peeling from walls, cobwebs on ceiling, broken electric socket plate, missing tub stopper/lever. Only one light fixture above the bed worked. TV remote only changed the channels; had to turn TV on and adjust the volume manually at the TV. Filthy air conditioner filter (I cleaned it myself!). On the plus side, at least the bedding, sink, counter, toilet and tub were clean. If it hadn't already been 11 pm when I checked in, I would have demanded a refund and gone somewhere else!

Great place if you have a pet you are bringing with you. Clean,safe and has nice area to take pet. Many places close by to order in. And convenient access to stores as well. Front desk were friendly and helpful.

I stayed one night with a dog, and I was happy to find a very clean room, a wonderfully comfortable bed (king), and I felt safe. Yes the property needs a bit of repair, and there is some peeling paint. Still everything in my room was in working order, excellent water pressure in the shower, plenty of light, and a nice TV with ample channel choices. The parking lot is extremely well lighted, and I was well at ease walking my dog. Management is friendly and welcoming. I visit the area often to attend dog shows at the Big E, and I have stayed at various motels in the area which were fancier, however not as clean or safe. I also very much appreciate their Dog Policy which is posted and all guests must read and sign who are staying with a dog. There are people who do not treat motels respectfully when staying with their dogs, and the policy here is welcomed by me. I will definitely be returning.
