Pic Maià Mountain Hotel

Poor quality rooms. Dated, poorly refurbished. Very low standard. Worst room I ever paid to stay in. Buffet evening not suitable for children which was a poor recommendation from bar staff. Location should have best Hotel in pas but far from it. Ski hire available at hotel and if you can ski you should be able to get down mountain to buy a lift pass. Handy lockers at hotel for ski equipment and free parking at front of hotel. I value myself more than to ever stay at something like this again. I have stayed in properties half this price in pas and they were way better. Late booking option and a panic purchase.

Great hotel. We booked a superior double room, which was lovely, and a triple room which was more basic but very large and comfortable. Bookings made directly with the hotel, and breakfast and parking included in the rate. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, especially the restaurant and bar staff. The location is great for skiing as you just cross over the road and you’re on the piste. Make sure you have winter tires or snow chains - we needed to fit the snow chains on the hire car as we got stuck coming up into Andorra. It’s not really possible or safe to walk from the hotel in winter, so it means a drive down into the town. In that way you’re a bit isolated, but the food in the bar and restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only downsides are that we found the communal areas, such as the lobby, a little bit cold to sit around. Good if you have ski clothing on, not so good if you want to chill out normally. The rooms were nice and warm (with a great shower) and temperature in the bar and restaurant was fine. Ski hire in the hotel which is extremely convenient. Not a huge selection, but decent enough for intermediate to advanced piste skiers in bronze, silver and gold packages. Management need to replace the offpiste and gold level skis as today it’s some 7-8 year old Black Crows and Dynastar Chams, so look elsewhere if you want newer wider skis.

Perfect hotel for a ski holiday, ski-to-door, warm drink from the hotel at the end of the ski day, professional and helpful personnel, nice rooms, perfect bath tubs to relax after a long cold day on the slopes!

Fuimos mi hijo y yo, el hotel está enfrente de una pista azul a 10 metros, la ubicación es espectacular, el hotel es moderno y muy limpio, el servicio muy atento , la habitación era grande y el colchón muy cómodo, desayuno normal , tiene parking de pago pero yo aparque en frente que hay sitio

Chambre désuète, salle de bains pire (électriquement pas de prise de terre), très mal insonorisée. Le site montre ses plus belles chambres mais attention ici c'est comme une loterie, on ne sait pas sur quoi on va tomber. personnel froid qui connait ce souci et qui vous laisse en plan.
