Amazing hotel. Small and friendly. The staff are the nicest,friendliest people. Views are just wonderful. Spotlessly clean. Very well managed and attention to detail is first class. All the reasons we've stayed before remain the same. Caring staff, amazing views, fabulous breakfasts, refreshing pool, bright clean rooms and we are treated like family. I stayed in 4 other accommodations before arriving there and the shower at Elounda Heights was by far the best for pressure, heat and a well sealed shower stall. Was delighted to see the new water station which will greatly reduce the number of plastic water bottles. Always enjoy the library so I can trade my read books for new ones. Will be back as soon as we can!

I stayed at Elounda Heights with my daughter and we had such a lovely relaxing time. The studio we stayed in was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we both slept really well. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about making guests feel welcome. The views from the property are absolutely stunning – a perfect backdrop whether you're enjoying breakfast or just relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. Elounda Heights is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. We had a truly relaxing stay and hoping to go back. Highly recommend!

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in just perfect! The staff are brilliant, the food is delicious and the hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. Stayed with my daughter we had such a lovely memorable time and we would stay again! Thankyou to everyone at the hotel. We could not find a fault we enjoyed every minute. Hope to go back sometime.

I have had the most wonderful stay with Elounda Heights, Ritsa the front office manager could not of been more helpful and accommodating she made sure we had a very comfortable stay and helped us by letting us check in earlier as we had to vacate our other hotel earlier. The rooms are lovely and clean staff are all very welcoming, there’s a lovely pool area with a nice bar and restaurant and food is great. I will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for looking after us

This was our first visit to Elounda Heights and I am sure it will not be our last. The owners and the staff are all so friendly and attentive and we received a lovely warm welcome. The food in both the bar and the restaurant is excellent, specials to order are available every day, breakfast was amazing with home made preserves and lots to choose from. The views from the apartments are breathtaking, the walk up the hill is a tad daunting but taxi's are readily available if you don't want to bother. The sunbeds were so comfortable and the background music around the pool area was brilliant. The apartment was pristine and there were lots of lovely complimentary toiletries which were replenished on a regular basis. Elounda Heights attracts many returning guests and I can see why, it has a lovely low key ambience perfectly suited to an adult only environment, there is no need to go anywhere outside of the apartments should you so wish as they have everything you could possibly want. Incredible views throughout the complex, particularly from the pool area. The steep hill is well worth these spectacular views. Delicious freshly cooked food from both the pool bar and the evening restaurant. I would highly recommend the daily special, I was never disappointed. What really makes this place so special is the amazing staff. Elounda Heights would not be the wonderful place it is without the friendly and attentive people working here. We look forward to returning again, just to be met by these incredible friends.
