The water was hot, and there was a mosquito net too! There is breakfast, but if there are men in the company, it is better to stock up on something else for refreshment)"

"Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch."

"Perfect Stay in the Heart of Ella! We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay. The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot. Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels. Highly recommended!"

"The Manager was very helpful and did his best to Support us with our needs during the stay. The breakfast was super delicious. The view was also stunning. But the reviews dont match the rooms. We had a lot of molt in the bed- and bathroom. The sheets were not clean and the bathroom also. The doors did not close properly and the community area was right in Front of our room. Wich made it impossible to sleep longer than 7am. Hope the owner puts in some improovement 😊"

"The room was ok, clean and with a nice view but the place is a bit isolated and difficult to reach if you need an Uber and don’t want to walk several flights of stairs with large suitcases to the meeting point. The staff was friendly, trying their best to help us celebrate our anniversary (also living next door in case we needed anything since there was no reception area that we could see). Disappointing and expensive breakfast (1 egg, 2 very small chicken sausages and some fruits for 1200 LKR), no help with the luggage and a bit expensive for being a 2 star hotel (we paid US 58 for 1 night)."
