"Beautiful location close to the main strip and easy access to all the restaurants. Rooms are nice and tidy. Value for money is good here and has access to a mini bar in your room. Slight road noise but that stops at night. Great atmosphere with western music being played on a speaker. Short walk to 9 arches bridge and mini adams peak. We did the sunrise and took us 45 minutes to reach the peak. Service for breakfast was good with a large buffet selection, Nalaka was our host and was very good."

"Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch."

"We stayed at a wonderful hotel nestled among the trees, right in the heart of nature in Ella. 🌿 The hotel's location is truly unique; being within walking distance of the famous Nine Arch Bridge was a huge plus. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and taking a short walk to the bridge was incredibly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a natural, integrated feel. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the view… it's hard to describe, you see every shade of green. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be one with nature, find peace, and be close to one of Ella's most beautiful spots. 🌄"

During our stay we had an emergency situation with our son needing urgent surgery and the Nine Skies team supported us throughout the whole experience travelling to the hospital on that first scary night and multiple times with food and home comforts during our sons stay. "This NOT a 4 star hotel. Even the staff confirmed that. The room was tiny, no space at all and you have to open the shower doors to sit comfortably on the toilet. The bed has a pedestal on one side and the other is flush against the cupboard. There are plug point/ power outlets on the cupboard where your head rests. The hotel is situated far away from the Town of Ella. However the location is set in beautiful surroundings of nature. The menu is limited and you have to make your choices on arrival. There staff were very apologetic and were kind and courteous."

"I stayed at this hotel in Ella for three nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is truly exceptional — warm, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. The hotel itself is beautiful: the location is great, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and everything is maintained with great care. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who helped me tremendously when my transport to Colombo got cancelled unexpectedly. He organized everything quickly, communicated with the driver for me, and made sure I got safely to my destination. His support left a very positive and lasting impression. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for such a great stay!"
