Excellent views of beach. Staff helpful, good food, great knowledge of local area. We will definitely will come back to this hotel again we are 5 off us we really have good time and down the beach we meet information guy yunus from @davinciinkalanya his very kind and smile helpful all the time smile face to us very kind off us thank you very much for recommend davinciinkalanya you are the best

They organized a beautiful birthday for my mother, we have great memories, beautiful views and nice activities, the food was delicious but repetitive. Only the room was poorly cleaned, when I walked through it once and my feet were dirty because the floor had not been washed.

We returned to Senza Garden Hotel after staying here last June, and it was just as wonderful — if not better! The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. A special mention to the friendly tattoo informator guy Yunus we met — such a lovely and genuine person. So happy we came back. Highly recommended!

Horrible place, we arrived through TUI at 2 am at the same time we had to change rooms three times. Good rooms are only 700 and 900 of you are offered anything below this rooms number you will be living for a week in stinky, old, 1 starts standard room. It’s the worse hotel I ever been and should never get more starts than 3. Secondly, you may have to pay extra money to staff at reception to get you seat so you can see the sea as thats what many people do especially Russians. They are storming restaurant everyday 7pm like they never seen food. Russian music at evening discos, for a moment I thought I am on holiday in Moscow not Turkey. The food at restaurants it’s only advantage in this place since I give one start extra otherwise I would give 1! Drinks outside are served in cups made of the thinnest part plastics that n the world that when you hold it it for squeezes to the level that you may drop a lot and the size of the cup is maybe like a big shot cup not cocktails. Staff at reception few people only are nice, I talked to guy about internet he sorted out as my internet went off he said I paid for 5 nights when I paid for 7 nights (keep the paper they give you for your record so you don’t get scammed). Then I talked to other guy in reception I had few question after I asked one he decided he will just turn and go outside smoking! I can’t believe this place - the rooms are not cleaned, they are just tidy up. Balcony was swept and rubbish pushed to the corner. Sometimes was hoovered. There is many issues with this place. I recommend you avoid this place, when we had TUi meeting we found out there was almost everyone having same problems with rooms. I been one hotel in Egypt with 3 stars and honestly had same/better standard than this place. Please don’t get fooled that you will be in 5* hotel.

NOT A 5 STAR! I would be kind and say 2 star at best. Where do I start…. The hotel room was crawling with ants, the shower was covered in limescale along with missing tiles, the sink was barely on the wall as it was just welded to a rod and filler which was barely sealing it to the wall at all. The floor in areas was lifting, the beds looked already used as the bedding wasn’t neat and was Infact dirty with staining and visual dirt. The toilet still had previous users stains along with female sanitary products in the toilet bin. The walls, floors and windows were very very dirty. There was no safe to secure any valuable items. We raised these issues to staff who got very loud and angry about this and we were told we haven’t met our LoveHolidays rep yet. We didn’t care about a rep but we were told if we don’t have a meeting with him he can cancel our transfers back to the airport including our flights! Apparently the meeting was to confirm our transfers and flights (which I’ve never heard of) so we had a meeting and it was to try sell us excursions and group trips etc. we requested our room to be changed to which they told us this wasn’t possible so we asked for cleaners to attend to our room which we were told the rooms are only cleaned every two days. We went back up to our room to have a look online at other options but there was no wifi. We come back to the lobby and they told me it was a charge of £41 for the weeks worth of wifi to which I told the receptionist I only needed it for the afternoon. I was made to pay the full £41!!! We immediately booked the earliest flight home (the next morning) and we slept ontop of the bed in our clothes until we could leave as the sun come up. The hotel refused to book us a transfer to the airport until another member of staff intervened. We had to pay in advance a sum of £113 for the transfer which then took us to the airport. Highly highly recommend staying as far as you can from Senza Garden. Our 7 day all inclusive lasted less than 40 hours! Disgustingly rude staff, disgustingly kept facilities, disgustingly kept rooms, disgusting place to be.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS A DIRTY DUMP. If I could give a zero i would. Absolute shocking disgusting place. A right state, filthy rooms, sewage coming up through shower, human hair and filth in bedrooms. Dirty beds. It's supposed to be a 5star and when I spoke to reception his reply was all hotels lie. I wouldnt pay even 1p to sleep here and refused. I slept in reception until morning then we paid to go to a different location. There are chickens running around crapping everywhere and I can not describe the horrific smell.
