Kemal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

We had very nice time in this hotel with my family. It is not very big resort, so everything is near by, what is great! There is always something to eat and few bars to get drink. It is also great for families with kids, as there are a lot of activities for them whole day, till evening when there is a cartoon in theater, before official show. This show is happening every evening. There is also shopping area in the hotel, plus outside of the hotel few shops as well. If you want to go to Alanya, you can take a bus, it took us only about 10 minutes and same on the way back. I fully reccomend this hotel and will come back one day:)

(08.06.2024-14.06.2024) I had higher expectations from a totally renovated hotel. First of all, when we arrieved, the whole hotel smells of glue (at The 5 floor they just were laying The capet on The floor) When we came into our room, the floor was dirty and the trash can in the bathroom was full. No robes, just towels. After we asked , they gave us 2 bathrobes. the food was tasty but little variety. Snacks at the bar were not every day I would say that the hotel is ok, but for sure not “ultra all” The aquapark works from 10.00-12.00 and 15.00-17.00. For kids the aquapark is ok but too few sunbeds The beach is perfect. Sand and very clean water

I like’t hotel, I very like barmen in hotel Erdi, Cumali and Bilal are professional, better barmen. I very like place Hotel Food not good, service in room not good But all my opinion about hotel it’s good. Restaurant not good, by bar does hotel better, because barmen do all for good opinion

Bir çift olarak geldik ve ödediğimiz paranın hakkını verdiler diye biliriz. Bilinen markalar ile her türlü alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler mevcut . Kokteylleri hazırlayan barmenler işini biliyor . Yemekler çok lezzetli ve çeşitli 24 saat yiyecek içecek mevcut . Gece şovları ve iki günde o büyük ve muhteşem iskelesinde verdikleri partiler inanılmazdı . Kısacası diyecek bir şey bulamadık. Personel saygılı . Kötü yorum yapanları anlamıyorum daha ne olabilrdi ki . Herkese teşekkür ediyorum seneye görüşmek üzere .

We arrived in the early hours after a long journey from the UK. We were shown to our room which was not the room we’d booked. They promised to move us the following day, which they did. The staff all look exhausted and are clearly doing their best. They seem to be understaffed and they mostly look very unhappy. The waiters are all rushing around like headless chickens. The queues for drinks at dinner are long and, again, the poor guy serving drinks looks overwhelmed and exhausted. There was always a long queue for cooked food and other guests would push and shove their way around the buffet. Meal times were not relaxing at all The hotel was clean and they’re clearly still doing lots of work. The beach and pier area are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Guests were seen bagging their beds around the pool very early. The music from the pool is loud. The most restful place is on the pier but the steep entrance down the metal steps into the sea is not for the feint hearted and not child friendly. On occasions, the sea looked very dirty with lots of debris and bits of plastic floating in the water. The guy from the spa, Dr Mario, is very annoying. He’ll pester you throughout the day asking you if you want a massage. He’ll leap on you when you go to collect your towels in the morning and doesn’t seem to understand ‘No Thank you’. I hope the hotel manages to improve in time. More staff would certainly help. On checkout, I wasn’t asked if I’d enjoyed my stay. We’d obviously interrupted his breakfast and he came out to the front desk, took my room cards and just said goodbye! We wouldn’t return. It’s a very long way from the airport too.

This is the first time I´m writing a review at Tripadvisor and the reason is that this is the first time I am truly disappointed in the hotel experience in Turkey! We ordered a room with three beds and seaview but when we arrived, we were given a room with two beds and no sea view and after I complained, their solution was to manully install a third bed in the room! Finally, after intense complaining we were given the room we were entitled to. The service level at this hotel does not hold 5-star quality - no need to contact the reception if you want to have extra towels and so forth because nothing will happen! Even if you go to the reception, your request will not be expedited since they barely speak English (Russian is the preferred language). The queues are looong (!) in the bar and in the dining area - expect to wait approx 30 min until you get your omelette in the morning. They are understaffed and disorganized and the personnel seems to be very young, inexperienced and not capable of delivering first class service which you should expect from a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is still under construction - the two a la carte restaurants marketed are still not open. When we addressed this with hotel management, they advised that the restaurants will be opened 'shortly'.. This is a hotel primarily for an Eastern European clientele (mainly Russian) whose only priority is getting fed and drunk - service levels and quality are not very relevant parameters for this specific category of guests. In addition, the sales guy from the SPA, 'Dr Mario' (aka Super-Mario) was the most annoying person we have ever encountered - he was constantly following us around trying to sell massage treatments. We decided to go on a massage as a family but were unable to relax in the spa area afterwards and enjoy our tea because 'Dr Mario' showed up wanting to sell additional treatments and basically ruined the entire spa experience. An extremely sleezy and annoying person! EXTREMELY! The gym area was fairly tragic and there were no towels so you have to bring your own in order to wipe off the equipment etc. On the plus side we have the nice pool area and the entertainment team did a good job in organizing activities all day long. To summarize - if you are NOT Russian and you value first class service and hospitality, then please maintain your distance from this hotel. There are far better options in Turkey.

Our experience started when coming to the hotel for check in. We came 18:30 and were waiting next hour and half for check in. We have a little baby. And I needed to feed him dinner and it was already his bedtime. We were not happy at all after we finally got the room. It was smelly the whole time. The smell came from the bathroom. It was dirty and minibar was empty and not cooling. When you are in the country where the tap water is not drinkable you expect to have it in the minibar every day. Minibar was not filled with drinkable water so we were forces to come for it to the bars in the hotel. We found moth in the curtains. The floor was totally dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Shower leaking and toilet had brown stain(you know from what). Plus the toilet cover was broken on one side. Catastrophe. So again we were waiting for housekeeping to fix it. During the stay housekeeping did not clean our room properly. I needed to call the reception several times for fresh towels and toilet paper. So i was waiting for towels the whole day because we got them in the evening. Then a la carte restaurants were not opened. Kids club opened five days after we came. The place was still dusty from the construction work. Not suitable for kids first day. In the hotel the constructions works are still in progress so you can hear the noise the whole day. Also at the beach. One day they glued the carped on the stairs and the smell was all over the hall all the way to our room. Because we had the first room. At breakfast they did not fill the meal with same. For ex. Cooked oat milk porridge. They put only dry oats to milk instead of cooking it. One day there were not chocolate and fruity yogurts or bananas… i ask for them and answer was i dont have it. Few dishes did not have a name tag so did not know what it was. Last day at breakfast i was happy that there was finally bananas or chocolate but for change i found a black hair under the fried egg. I informed waiter. Upon check out we were not asked about our stay. The hotel is understaffed. Not 5* hotel at all. I advise you to choose another hotel in Turkiye.

This hotel is lovely to look at. I won’t recommend if you are an early bird as in the night the music is pumping until early hours and we barely were able to sleep I complained many times with no luck as they kept saying it’s a neighbour hotel but it was unbearable. Also pillows are super high breaks your neck so make sure to bring your own pillows here. It’s full of Russian guests here who they mainly cater to. I won’t be coming back here.
