Beach Club Doganay Hotel - All Inclusive

Delicious foods, nice stay

Went here with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it! I read the reviews and I was worried about some of the things people had to say but boy were they wrong. The staff were friendly, the food was incredible with something different everyday and something for everyone, I guess fussy eaters might complain but for me and my girlfriend we thought it was great! The private beach was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were great and always making jokes with us. Our room was decent, I guess that’s the one thing that could have been better but we’re only there to sleep and the beds were comfy so it was fine. There was so much to do! Nightclub every night , entertainment, volleyball and so much more, the bar was beautiful and the cocktails were great too. Honestly this has been one of the best holidays I’ve been too and we’re considering coming back in September too for a longer stay. All in all the service was amazing, beach was beautiful, lots of places to sit by the pools, and the overall atmosphere was brilliant. Will definitely come again!

I was with my partner and family friends , everything was amazing , starting with the staff , food was so diversified and for all tastes and plenty! The sunbed u was able to find always ! The pools and restaurants always very clean ! I highly recommend and I am looking for next trip here !

I’ve stayed in 5 star before and this is Definitely not a 5 star maybe once but now 3/4, room was ok , bathroom ok but some complimentary toiletries half used . beds comfy , wardrobe door hanging off , wallpaper peeling , complimentary drinks fridge only renewed one small and I mean small bottle of lemonade to share between 2 people. Food was terrible, there were 11 of us and none of us liked it .had the Italian a la carte when was lumps of steak on mashed potato Italian ?.Definitely cater for Turks,poles and Russians . 4 of the party had sickness and diarrhoea. Baby playground had a human poo next to the pool they just hosed it into the grass . Not enough outdoor bars , most bar staff rude , foreign guests even ruder forever pushing in . Onsite shop had loads of things out of date .beach not really suitable for kids ,would I stay here again ? Definitely not but may give another area of turkey another chance

Me and my mother went to this hotel for 7 days. Our first impression is that the hotel is tired and need some love. We noticed that we had a lot of ants in our room the first morning. Housekeeping came to disinfect the room and they promised us that we would get a new room the next day if the problem didn’t go away. The ants came back the same evening. The next morning they offered us a new room. We went to look at the room, and the new room smelt like mold. So we decided to stay in the ant-room instead of getting sick from mold. The food was okay, but not enjoyable. If you like oil-covered food this is the place for you. The drinks were bad. The cocktails were basically just cheap vodka/rum + soda. Bad, warm wine served in thin plastic cups. The soda were dead and were not carbonated. We went to turkish ala carte, very good food and service. Also, it took over 2 hours by car from Antalya AirPort, not 60 min. About 5 min by car/bus to Konakli, and 15 min to Alanya. Almost no english speaking staff and guests, and everyone expect that you understand what they are saying. The hotel is right by a busy highway, so a lot of traffic noice. Good bus connections to both Konakli and Alanya centrum. The bus passes by around every 8 minutes. The staff is very helpful and the service is good! They try to help as best as they can. No ATM near by, so we recommend taking out cash before arriving. Nearest ATM is in Konakli or Alanya. There is a tunnel to the beach, so you don’t have to cross the main road and risk your life. So that’s good! There is a pier with sunbeds that we used everyday and enjoyed. There was a ladder, so you could go straight into the ocean. Many stray cats and dogs at the hotel and the beach. The staff and guests treated the animals good and gave them food and pets. This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars, more like 3/4 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, not too far from both the city and the airport. While the rooms were clean, they appeared a bit dated. However, the food offered a good variety, with different themes each day and plenty of snacks available throughout the day, including late dinner options and soup. The hotel is child-friendly, with lots of animation and play spaces for kids.

Almost evryone was tryng to help, they really made us feel the Turkish hosptalty, and the evening events were impressive after dinner, incrdible shows take place in a huge amphtheater. If you like fatty food, you will love this place too. There are many options for children. This is a really good amusement park train and many more. Ms. ozlem was there for our children. She is a caring sister. He is the best dance partner of my 5-year-old son I must especially say that the children's disco is incrdibly fun and since we are at the pool during the day, you can buy all kinds of drinks from there.

Doganay hotel çok güzel bir tatil geçirdim alkolerinde bazı sıkıntılar vardı ama yemekleri güzel. Tüm persenelerin güler yüzlü çoçukları mini kulup kulubünü çok sevdi , imkanları cok iyiydi. orda ilayda hanıma teşekür ederiz çoçuklar çok güzel vakit geçirdi mini kulbde ,bizde tatilimizden cok memnun kaldık.

The customer service is outstanding. The staff members are extremely professional. Every visit is truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it.
