Hello. I know that my review on russian for russian sites won't change anything, but maybe a direct email can. I was with my wife and kids at your hotel from 4 to 10 July, and it was good, except this guy "Gökhan", a senior manager. We had a disaster at room - our power socket literally exploded with fire, my wife even had a scar! Moreover, her phone and two charges were broken because of that. So, in the whole world every good manager will afford their help to fix the phone or charges, or maybe the manager can bring a bottle of champagne. I worked as a manager in hotel and i know how a good manager supposed to work. I even understand, that power socket sometimes can explode by accident. But what this guy "Gökhan" did? He screamed an me, said that it was me who blew up power sockets (what??), and ran away from my room. No sorry, no help - but accusing a victim instead of. And this is your senior manager? Im really sorry for this great hotel and great receptionists (like Deniz or Arda), because of this guy "Gökhan" me, my family, all my friends will NEVER visit your hotel again. and a good guys like you won't have millions of rubles because of a very unprofessional guy "Gökhan". Hope, that Anjeliq Hotel's managers will be as good as their beach and sea. Thank you.
