Finca Prats Hotel Golf & Spa

This is a popular local golf destination. The rooms are huge, at least the one we were in, and we had a full deck available to us. Really quite a good setup. Bathroom was awesome and huge. AC and room climate control also excellent. Combine that together and you got a winning room combination. Service was meh. There's someone at the front desk most of the time, but if you want to eat outside their meal times, you're SOL. They did accommodate us with small plates just before dinner which was nice. They haven't really kept the place up. I'm sure at one point it was just amazing and beautiful. But they've let parts of the physical plant go downhill. We were driving across country and this was a great place to stop. For that reason I would definitely recommend.

The interior of the hotel is stylish. Lots of white tiles and marble. Large open seating area in reception. Beautiful and spacious spa with 15 metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, hamming. Our room had a private sun terrace. Some upstairs rooms have balconies. Restaurant very pleasant. We enjoyed the chef's surprise menu. Parts were excellent; the meat course and dessert disappointing. Wines superb and reasonably price. There is no bar as such but the staff will serve you in the reception area or the terrace outside. The staff. By the way, are delightful and attentive. The exterior a little disappointing. Sandwiched between a noisy motorway and some agricultural land, lacking interesting views. That's the only reason I didn't award 5 stars.

Our June visit to Spain once again began with a wonderful stay at Finca Prats. The relaxation begins as soon as you enter the hotel to be greeted by friendly, efficient and polite reception staff. Rooms are large and very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The restaurant serves outstanding meals with an extensive choice of wines - including local ones. The spa area is large and a delightful area in which to unwind. For anyone travelling into Spain from the ports of Santander or Bilbao, or from the French border, this is definitely a hotel to consider. You will certainly enjoy everything that the hotel has to offer - it is a great place to stay.

What a joy to be able to return to Finca Prats after the pandemic interruption. The hotel is as wonderful as ever; the warm friendly greeting from Mr Prats and all the staff immediately make you feel at home. After seeing the spacious and well appointed rooms, what better way to prepare for the evening meal than to visit the spa with its huge indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, 2 jacuzzi baths and a wealth of seats and day beds. Plenty of treatments are available should you want them. The food in the restaurant is just delightful with an extensive wine list to accompany the delicious food. The breakfast buffet is excellent with hot dishes freshly prepared if you choose. Thank you Mr. Prats and all your team for maintaining your high standards - it was so good to return again.

It had been many months since my woman and I had traveled for health reasons. After a long time we could escape to disconnect from the routine. We discovered the Hotel Finca Prats by chance on the internet and it was a complete success. From the first minute we were attended and pampered in an incredible way, we felt like vip clients. We want to thank Mr. Prats for the upgrade he offered us, we booked a Junior Suite and they gave us a Presindecial Suite, wonderful Suite! The restaurant is excellent, 100% recommendable, the food is delicious and the treatment of the waiters is unbeatable. The spa is very nice. They have a heated indoor pool and a solarium. The only downside is that they do not have an outdoor pool. Thanks for everything, we will repeat for sure.

Let me start with the positive - the food here is excellent and the staff ( with the exception of one very grumpy waiter) were lovely. We had a suite which was large and pleasant but this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift if it wants to continue to be considered 'luxury'. The spa and gym are disgraceful. Clearly the gym has not been cleaned in years - it is filthy and the equipment is rusted and ancient. Next to it is a children play room - but i cannot imagine any parent allowing their children to play in there - it is even dirtier than the gym. Too bad because it really makes this place feel second rate and it doesn't seem that it would be too difficult to fix.

Excellent second choise, about 8 km from the town center. Very comfortable hotel with large, nicely decorated suites. Located next to the highway but no noice in our room on the side of the reception. Very good restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Fantastic, large indoor swimming pool. Friendly service in English.

Una experiencia única. Un hotel , con un spa espectacular, arquitectura de gran nivel, servicio exclusivo y cercano. El hotel nos preparó una reunion familiar , acomodación genial, comida de primer nivel, espacio de celebración privado . Realmente todos los invitados salieron entusiasmados. Hotel espectacular, el servicio es híper amable y las instalaciones de 10. El restaurante es brutal. El desayuno de lo mejor que he probado en hoteles de esa categoría. Cada verbena de San Juan la pasamos fuera porque tenemos 2 chihuahuas y temen los petardos. Como digo, el hotel es fantástico, y el personal lo eleva a otro nivel. Ya hemos hecho reserva para el año que viene.
