First time in this part of Spain. Found this hotel by chance on trip.com and everything turned out well. Little known to Asian tourist since we were the only ones there but encourage Asians to visit. Discovered this very family friendly resort in a great location with nice beaches and nature in the surrounding nature reserve. For kids, no need to leave the resort, fun just staying there. For more adventures discover the many beaches lining the coast and the wetlands further beyond.

People are super friendly, lovely staff, food was really good, we stayed for 7 nights and had no issues, rooms clean, lots of pools and games, courts for sports, overall really good experience. Really pretty tracks to walk around the cliff literally right beside the resort perfect for evening walks after dinner.

Great, clean hotel in a very nice ,quiet location. We stayed on a half board basis and food was tasty and lots of choice. However our first couple of days (when the hotel wasn't busy) the food was a bit cold. Reception staff are very helpful,restaurant staff very friendly. Carlos from animation team is always smiling and nothing is too much trouble, we played padel tennis lots, basketball too. Evening entertainment was good but bear in mind that it doesn't start till 10pm. Sebas magic show was enjoyable,kiddies loved it. "Mr Jack" band with life music were great. Indoor pool is good, especially when the weather isn't great. Swimming caps are required but can be bought in the hotel's shop. Outdoor pools are amazing although very cold in April but we expected that.Lifeguard is there all day. Local beach is pebble and not great. Single beds are very comfortable but sofa bed was the worst bed I've slept on (family of 4-we had 2single beds and a sofa bed) Parking next to the hotel is free, WiFi is free, safe is free. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Thank you to everyone for our little holiday break at your hotel. Most of the staff were exceptional while we were there. Wait staff in the restaurant were so lovely and efficient. Bar staff in the pool cafe were friendly and nothing was too much. Reception staff were helpful and the lady that checked us in early hours was so lovely (I can't remember her name, sadly). The room was basic and clean but we didn't spend much time there, only to sleep, so was not very important. The kids loved the pool area. Which was clean and well maintained. Carlos and the rest of the entertainment team were wonderful. They try very hard to get everybody involved, even though some days were quiet. We laughed a lot and the kids were so happy. The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The cliffside walks are gorgeous and there are various beaches you can access. We are slightly out of season obviously, but it was so peaceful. Just perfect. We are one happy family.

I recently stayed at this fabulous hotel with my 2 sisters. It was a very last minute booking( on the day we arrived in el Perello). Jacqui the receptionist was amazing. We arrived upset as visiting the area following the sudden death of a family member, who lived in the region. Jacqui is a credit to the hotel, such kindess and so helpful. The hotel it's self was lovely, food fresh each evening, rooms very spacious and clean. Lots of nice walking trails in the area. All other staff members were so nice too. We wish to thank you all for making what was a terrible time for us, a little easier. Thank you Jacqui

We did a Thursday to Monday 2 adult’s, I would definitely return with the children as the pool area is great for them and lots of food choices for picky eaters. Really nice hotel, nice food, the staff are friendly and the cleaning ladies are all friendly. The only thing I would recommend is get a car, as it’s in the middle of nowhere. If your on an all inclusive and have a day out they do a picnic.

Review We stayed here for a week in mid October 2025 and I can happily recommend this hotel. The hotel is amazing and especially the location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great for walks and dips in the sea. The food is very good and loads of choice, the drinks are also fantastic with very good beer, wines and cocktails, you can even have organic cava with your breakfast. But what made our holiday was the staff, they are fantastic, big thanks to the bar staff, Ferran, Gloria and Margarita. The chef Herve and waiter Asif and Ali were so nice and helpful and David on reception. Everyone spoke good English. The hotel is very clean and tidy, yes it may need a few updates here and there but nothing serious or unusual about any hotels you stay in. Overall we gave it 8/10

We visited the hotel last week for my birthday and we were so pleased we did. The hotel staff are brilliant especially the waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. The room was lovely and the choice of pools was fabulous. Used the spa on my birthday and was given a discount to celebrate, this was then topped off by a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered (unexpectedly) to my room in the evening. Highly recommend.
