Hotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.

Dirt room bad service on the front no tv microwave didn't work stained sheets no pool smell weird

The hotel equipment is dilapidated, and there are still hair residues on the sheets. After midnight every day, 4 hotel buses are sent to the airport on a first-come, first-served basis.

There was no hot water, the TV didn't work, the bathroom didn't work either.

The hotel has fallen from the worst. I have been booking there for years and with good service. I had not returned since the pandemic, now that the hotel returned without maintenance, without breakfast, which was published and included. The hotel was dirty, the room was pouring water from the shower all night and also without being able to use it to bathe since it won't work. The phones in the room do not work, lack of fumigation so as not to go into the details we found.
