Weekends El Nido Beach Resort

Нареканий нет, все понравилось. Заранее обратились в отель и нас встретили в аэропорту.

Был номер 7 courtyard. Из минусов вонючая вонючая вода, оставляющая осадок. Надо пропускать. Завтраки по меню, вполне сносные. На особую чистоту не рассчитывайте, но доя Филиппин нормально. Есть холодильник, минибар. Вода была в номере в первый день, уборка по запросу. Попросила 2 бутылки воды, так ее потом включили в счет) 0,5 по 75 пессо. А еще при чек ауте был прикреплен счет, датированный первым днем приезда, в первой строчке два манго джуса, остальное стерто резинкой, и тотал прайс дописан ручкой-250 песо👏👏👏 Но кроме воды ничего не было. Браво!

Отель средний, но цена высокая, не соответствует условиям проживания. Завтрак однообразные, из меню, каждый день, только два блюда предлагалось. ДАЮТ ОДНО БОЛЬШОЕ ПОЛОТЕНЦЕ. Для лица полотенец нет. Полотенца с пятнами и старые, серые, как нестиранные смотрятся. ОСТАЛЬНОЕ ВСЕ ХОРОШО.

The resort is in an excellent location, close to local businesses. I had a great time staying here, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was even upgraded. The beachfront location is lovely, the pool and jacuzzi are great, and the breakfast is excellent!

Excellent renovated clean hotel. Perfect located on the beach. Clean beach. Big pool very clean. Baby bubble pool very clean. Very quiet and easy area. Staff is very friendly and professional, helpful and kind. No mosquitoes. Beautiful!

I stayed at this hotel recently and had an utterly disappointing experience. The staff exhibited a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Despite arriving slightly earlier than check-in, we were forced to wait for hours without any consideration. When I inquired about our room just two minutes before check-in time, the response was cold and dismissive, lacking any semblance of customer service. Furthermore, when we asked for the WiFi password, the staff member claimed ignorance and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them by insisting on such a basic amenity. The room phones were utterly useless as they lacked telephone wires, rendering them nothing more than decorative pieces. The condition of the towels was appalling; they were stained and clearly not laundered properly. The pool resembled a stagnant pond, with murky water and visible debris floating on the surface. To make matters worse, the reception toilets were not only unsanitary but also lacked any signage indicating they were out of order, resulting in a disturbing encounter with diarrhoea. The shared toilets were equally neglected, with cobwebs adorning the corners and giant spiders lurking in the shadows. The bar and BBQ area seemed like relics from a forgotten era, abandoned and desolate. Even the sun-beds by the pool were broken, posing a safety hazard to guests. To top it all off, we rented mopeds through the hotel, only to be accused of causing damage upon returning them. The staff went so far as to track us down at our next hotel, demanding compensation for alleged damages. My advice to future guests: document every detail meticulously with photos and videos to protect yourself from such baseless accusations. Overall, my stay was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against anyone considering this establishment, we checked out a day early to get out as soon as possible.

A fuir C est dommage car l hôtel est très bien placé. Sur une très jolie plage et au calme. A 2 minutes en scooter du centre d Zl Nido. L hôtel pourrait être très bien sauf que l équipe ne comprend rien, parle a peine l anglais. 1er jour nous sommes installés dans une chambre qu ils venaient de refaire le jour même. Très forte odeur de peinture (hors norme NF 😉) donc maux de tête. Le lendemain nous demandons un changement de chambre. Tout semble ok mais la 2 eme nuit jusqu’à la 5eme nous sommes dévorés toutes les nuits par les punaises de lit. La piscine indisponible pendant 3 jours. L eau ayant tournée. Un dernier pour la fin même si je ne viens pas à El Nido pour ça mais le petit dej est à revoir complètement. Bref passez votre chemin
